I went to go get sandwiches for my family to eat received the smallest potion of steak. Never going this subway again. I asked for a different sandwich when she started scraping of the steak with her hand and asked what kind of sandwich I wanted I told her can I get a different bread she stated for what ?? Not good customer service I usually give people the benefit of the doubt because they’re busy but I was the only customer there.

First I'd like to say Andrea is awesome she is accurate, quick and polite!!!! On the contrary I don't like how she had to man the store all by herself(again..) she shouldn't have to do the job of 2-3 people, especially in such a busy area during lunchtime..

Not sure how you can get an order wrong when all you have to do is read the receipt but this location messed up on my order too many times. One time I think I even got some bad meatballs!I called and they were no help! Horrible customer service!

I hate this Terrible Subway location... Rude cashiers… I’m told they are ONLY allowed to bake cookies once a day and especially not after 5pm and my Online orders are never completed before I arrive..

The teenage girl taking my order yesterday at 3:50 was highly intoxicated and listening to music with AirPods. She couldn’t hear my order because of the music playing. The girl was too intoxicated to even think. Waiting 40 minutes to order two sandwiches is absolutely ridiculous; this subway has gone downhill.

I CAME 1 HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSED early AND THE WORKERS WERE SITTING IN THE DARK looking at me WITH THE DOOR LOCKED, being on the clock getting paid and being lazy.

Disappointing customer service. I’ve worked for customer service my whole life and anywhere I go, i say hello and please and thank you. And plus you never mess with the people who make your food.When you walk in it seems as if you are a bother to them even being there wanting to order food. And when they do try to say “have a wonderful day” or some thing similar it’s very monotone and kind of like “alright now go away and leave me alone” type of attitude. Very unfortunate.

Came at 5:30 was told by Sarah (rude child) that they are not allowed to bake more cookies whatsoever. This was after I walked in and notice they didn’t have any, I offered to wait. But She specifically told me That someone name Laura I’m assuming she’s a manager, does not allow them to do so after they are sold out. Whatever, that’s fine but weird that a business rather lose on money everyday? You have 2 minors working, they don’t speak and they’re alone with no ability to handle issues beyond (white or wheat) (lettuce or pickle) welcome to 2022.

I have come to realize the ONLY way to get your Subway correct is to be there while your order is being made. For some reason, none of the employees know what 'toasted' means when it comes to carry out. Take time to train your employees at least to read.

They were so rude to my husband when he came in to pick up our order. And they forgot to give him the chips. We paid more for bottled drinks but still got the fountain drinks. Ggrr.

The cashier name Laura was so rude went I walk in she screamed at me (((( Lady close the door )))) Not even a please ma’m can you close the door I was waiting for my daughter to get in I told her that I wanted someone else to help me because she was having a attitude she star helping the customer behind me but he ending going to another Subway do to her attitude I don’t understand how she works with customers … but guess what you will never get my business for sure .
