This subway is the slowest subway I have ever been in. They are severely understaffed and they have not trained their staff to be efficient at all. There was 3 people ahead of me (who were not ordered 1-3 sandwiches) and I stood in over a half of an hour before I was helped.

The staff looked unhappy, but they weren't rude. The reason I'm leaving a review is to warn others that the veggies look old. I said no ty on veggies for my sandwich.

Horrible customer service. Ordered online for delivery and my order was not delivered in full. Called the store for a credit on my missing items and received no help whatsoever. Was told I had to call customer service but the employee speaking couldn't provide a phone number for customer service. Also had to call the store three different times because I was hung up on when requesting my issue be taken care of. I understand mistakes happen but they need to still be corrected when they occur. Subway use to be a favorite spot for me but it seems like lately it has become more of a hassle to get what you want to pay for, especially from this location.

Let's start by stating the obvious, my expectations for subway are pretty low to begin with but this location needs some help. The chips were not out so we had to have the team grab something other than flaming hot Cheetos and jalapeño chips from the back. They were out of pickles, half the sauces, and the drink fountain was also out of order. Got past most of that, finally time to eat and the tables were all dirty. The attention to detail at this location is very lacking.

We order here online 1-2 times a week. The sandwiches are perfect to order as requested. Very fresh! Always a returning customer.

I agree with other reviewers that they are often out of things, wilted veggies, slow unfriendly service, very little meat and cheese. Have gotten sick from this location in the past. $5.50 for 6 inch pepperoni sandwhich feels overpriced.

They never have enough or decided to not make any Italian herbs and cheese bread EVER! Every time we go to this location they're out of the bread and/or the tuna! It's getting ridiculous as this is EVERY TIME. We end up taking our business elsewhere but you would think the staff would care but they don't.

I like this subway location. The subway workers are very respectful, always welcome us when we come in. The location is conveniently located near the benders landing/harmony/legends ranch location. Lots of open parking. We usually do mobile orders and our food is always ready within the 15-20 minutes of estimated time. Never had a wrong order yet. The workers do a good job and work hard to make sure its satisfactory. A lot of other subways are slow, but this one is excellent.

I am sick and tired of this location. The sandwiches literally taste like pesticides. I mean is it to much to ask to wash the Spinach, Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, etc etc? It obviously is because I've told them several times. Is it also to much to ask to NOT put away the Meatballs before you close up for the night?? Again, yes because they keep doing it. I seriously recommend that the owner or manager makes these simple changes. I mean I'm pretty sure that you like making a profit.
