Eco Friendly Carpet Care

I ordered a sandwich and it was buy one get one free. I asked for spinach and they only put three pieces of spinach on the sandwich. The sandwich is cold & the sandwich is flat. I asked for multiple veggies on the sandwich and it’s hardly any. This is why I don’t eat at Subway and I am going to continue to eat at Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mike’s because you pay for quality not quantity.Horrible sandwich

Subway has gone downhill, bad sandwiches the last couple times I've gone, it's got to be the meat, just don't taste like the old sandwiches from before, beware of this mystery meat, won't be going back, can make a better and cheaper sandwich myself at home!

I've been going to this subway for around 5 years. Unfortunately, due to a recent new hire, I'm going to have to stop coming in. This woman has made the past 3 of my sandwiches and each one has been messed up.

I believe there is a language barrier, which is understandable, and no one's fault. However, the service has been rough.

The first sandwich this woman made for me, she was very stingy with the toppings. Which, I can imagine that could be corporate policy to save money. Still, it was a bit of a struggle just to get the same thing I've been getting for years.

The second sandwich she made for me was a cheesesteak. I asked for double provolone. Instead of giving me double cheese, she gives me double meat. She's about to put it in the toaster and I had to stop her to get the double cheese. She charged me for both the double meat and the double cheese at the end.

Today, I get up to the counter, simple order to start. Italian 5 meat, double provolone. She puts one layer of cheese down, goes to put it in the toaster oven. Again, I had to stop her and ask for my extra cheese. She appeared to be confused, and perhaps even offended, showing me the amount of cheese before finally giving me the extra cheese.

She finishes toasting the sandwich and asks what toppings I'd like. I ask for spinach, and she starts putting handfuls of lettuce on the sandwich. I stop her, say I wanted spinach, no lettuce. This woman starts putting the lettuce back. She takes it off the sandwich and puts it back with the rest of the untouched lettuce.

That was the moment when I felt like I should not be coming back to this store. She finishes making my sandwich, bags it, charges me for double extra cheese, and I go on my way. The bread was so over toasted that my gums are still a bit sore from the hard sandwich.

I was intending to just call and speak to a manager, but, of the only two employees I saw, neither of them was really able to speak english. So, I wrote this review.

I'm a little sad that this Subway has declined so much in quality. There isn't a lot to eat around here, so to have one more option taken off is unfortunate.

Grilled Chicken & Avocado featuring grilled chicken, avocado, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and Baja Chipotle sauce.
That’s what comes in the sandwich I has ordered they told me it only came with grilled chicken and avacado🫩.So mean too. Food was good tho:( God bless you guys

Lady that worked Friday Nov 7th around 9pm was so rude and had an attitude for no reason she hates her job so bad she needs to find another job since she is so miserable. Came in to pick up and I was very nice to her but she had an attitude straight from the start. Yelled at me for her not having cookies and said she don’t have no mobile order when she clearly did.
