I had an online order, i get there a bit early and the lady tells me to wait a second. 10 minutes pass and after 2 customers check out the young man asks me if the order is mine and turns out my food was just sitting there. The lady just stood there on her phone and ignored me and the man working there. Food came out cold and wasn’t toasted when i asked for double toasted. Portions were small even when asked for extra.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Order was completely wrong. Tried to get it corrected and was met with attitude. Subs were thrown together and sloppy. Will never spend money here again. Definitely not worth it. Stay away from this location 🙏

I go for lunch often and the atmosphere is not friendly. Its always rushed and you have to repeat several times for your order and what I want. The older lady is not very friendly and I have seen her raise her voice with a mean tone to several workers. This location is not usually ready for the lunch rush and today there was only 1 type of bread available and it's limited. The meat of the day may be out by lunch time not always but it has been on more than one instance. This location does not seem to be prepared. I don't like going here but it's the closest to my job.

Very curt service. The lady was on the phone when she was ringing us out. She did it incorrectly and kept gesturing at us instead of getting off the phone when we tried to tell her the price was incorrect. Not good service

The lady is not listening or responding when spoken to. She has earbuds in and wants you to respond to her questions only. Did not wash her hands after coughing in them. 3/22/25 @12:50pm. Something needs to be done about her service.
