Always order from here for lunch. Typically very quick and staff always smiling and happy. I've been to some bad locations and this one is not one of them.

I placed a couple of online orders for pick up. The instructions are written yet they can never fix the sandwich the way I ask. The sandwich is sloppy and the bread is stale. Also, if I order more than one sandwich they don't label them so we have to play guess the sandwich. I'll just go to Jimmy John's from now on.

Where are all the fixings, dude this subway is going out of business.
Nothing but wheat bread either the have no cups or their drink machine is broke. Cheeses and veggies often missing.

I was at this subway at about 6:45 PM, a man had ordered ahead of time (using context clues-you will understand in a minute) When he got there they did not have all of what he ordered, and I guess there was a conversation before I had got there. I was standing in line waiting my turn, his sandwiches were made and he said so what are we going to do, I paid $24 and you don’t have what I ordered. All of a sudden a girl jumps up from the corner, where she was on her phone and she didn’t have a uniform on, and says I told you before we made the sandwiches that I would give you a refund. She picks up his already bagged sandwiches and throws them on the counter behind her. He says, I want the sandwiches and she yells I am giving you a refund and you need to leave. He asks her if she is the manager, and her name, but she didn’t answer. He asks again, and she says no I am not the mgr. and says you need to leave. And tells him he should’ve just made sandwiches at home! She says you need to leave again, and he says can I have my receipt and she tosses it at him. He leaves and she keeps going on and on about it, and I said it’s not necessary. And the lady behind the counter that was starting to make my sandwiches says it’s none of your business. And the other lady that wasn’t in her uniform, yells if you don’t like it you can follow right behind him. I was I shock, and started to walk out and asked if she was the mgr. and she didn’t say anything so I took a couple of pictures of her and she ran and got her phone and took pictures of me and I walked out and she locked the door, as if I was going to do something. I went to my car, still shocked and she was talking in she store with the other lady. 2-3 other customers tried to go in and they couldn’t. I don’t know what is wrong with people—there is no need to act like that. I did email corporate, but I probably won’t hear back from them, so this is the next best thing I can do. I will never set foot back into that Subway, not that it matters. It’s the principle. If I could leave 0 stars I would. So unprofessional. I don’t know why I took pictures and thought about putting on Nextdoor, but I decided not to. Went to another Subway instead.

No provolone cheese. No chips. No napkins. No Tea. No ice. To top it off the two servers were put off with the line of people and questions.
Ordered 4 sandwiches this evening, and all 4 had stale/old bread. If you hate your job, get a new one. It’s that simple.

There were 2 workers, the first guy was decent and nice. The other lady working (she has braids) was extremely rude from the get go, I was trying to tell them that I needed to see the menu to fully see what I wanted to get and the lady in a very rude tone was extremely dismissive and told me to look at the board (which did not have the information I needed, second the store itself was missing turkey, chicken teriyaki, along with some other proteins, so I’m not sure what she wanted me to do). I told her that the board was not presenting any useful information and she again in an outwardly aggressive tone responded back. It’s one thing to be rude to a rude customer, she however, was outwardly aggressive from the first response which as a former service worker is not acceptable under any circumstances. At this point the other guy working was telling her to stop talking. The employees here may need sensitivity training or something as this was not the only instance in which an employee was a bit liberal with how they responded to simple and readable questions. Another experience was when an employee made rude comments about my mother.
This is 100% not acceptable and doesn’t even cover the fact the store itself seems to lack ingredients and looks to be under staffed and under stocked.

My order was prepared incorrectly, and the overall atmosphere during our visit was disappointing. The man who assisted us displayed a noticeably negative demeanor, lacking both basic communication and customer service skills. My husband struggled to understand him, as he mumbled throughout the interaction. This wasn’t a teenager new to the job — this was a grown adult, yet his attitude and unwillingness to resolve the issue made it clear we won’t be returning. He added an ingredient we didn't want (nacho cheese?! 🤢), and because of it our order was ruined. We didn't have time to wait for a whole new order so we left with the nasty sandwich. One bite and you'll feel like your stomach is turning! I don't normally post negative feedback, but the lack of service today was something!
