Numerous times I have come to this Subway and there is some kind of problem. Whether they are out of a product, their bread is too hard or not doing what you ask of them, something is always off everytime I come here.
Please do better Subway Champion Forest!
poor management
While making my sandwich lady had and attitude like she didn’t want to be there and kept looking at what I’m assuming is her boss with disdain. She also decided to be on her phone while checking me out! Just moved to the area.
I have been to this location numerous times. I love Subway so I hate to do a bad review but this has occurred too many times at this location. Everytime I go in I generally get subpar or bad customer service. If I order from Doordash for pick up the item is never completed at the estimated time. I 50/50 order doordash or go in and order. The item is often made incorrectly (most common error is toasted vs untoasted). Today was my most aggravating and I won't be returning to this location. I submitted a order over doordash. When I arrived (about 10-15min after the order was submitted), the employee checked their computer but informed me they had not recieved the order and he wasn't sure what to do. I sat down and started filing a case on doordash and talking with an agent to work a refund (over the span of a few minutes). While I was working the refund I happened to look over and see the employee making a sandwich that looked like my order. So I stood up and asked if that was my order. He confirmed. I am a pretty polite person and am 100% about supporting customer service workers. I asked him why he didn't let me know since I was sitting right there filing a refund request. He was rather impolite, shrugging off the concern and asked if I wanted the sandwich or not. I told him hold on and let me make sure the Doordash app was still paying the store. I didn't want to accept an item if Doordash refunded me. So I sat back down and spoke with an agent to confirm the order was still good to go. When I got back up and went to the register the employee was pretty passive aggressive but provided my purchase in a sealed bag and I left the store. When I got to my next stop i realized the chips were not in the bag and still had to file a refund request of Doordash for that item. Additionally, The sandwich itself was not made well but was made to order.
I have been to this store so many times (yes, I have a subway addiction) but it just never fails that the employees are impolite and/or there are issues with the order.
Bought a subway today for lunch to go. Got home opened the sandwich the bread was so hard my sandwich literally fell apart. Bread had to be days old
Long time Subway customer but this location will not be visited again. I have worked nearby for 6 months now and have given this location several chances. 5 times their fountain machine did not work. When I picked up my online order the only choices I had were bottle tea or coke. Neither of which are items I like. All othe options were picked over.
Twice, the cookies that I ordered were not available. Today, my choices were oatmeal or none. No refunds offered.
Multiple times the bread, which I DO NOT get toasted has been so hard on the outside that when you grab it to bite, to top layer crumbles and flakes off.
This location is horrible and if it were just a bad day, I cam understand. That is not the case. Never again.
Halloween night I placed an order. Google and the subway app have the store listed as closing at 11 PM I placed the order at 9:55 to pick up at 10:10p. When I arrive to the store, it was already closed. I’ve been calling the store multiple days and have not been able to receive a refund for an order that I could not pick up because the business hours are listed incorrectly. Spoke with associates and she told me they cannot give a refund and she would have to talk to her manager. She took my number down to receive call or refund an order that I could not pick up because the store was closed early. Refund me my money!

Uber eats driver. I go in and practically had to hunt down the employee. It was some kid with black hair and glasses who was hiding in the back and from what it sounded like he was on his phone and I interrupted his movie or tv show or something. He comes out and I tell him I am an Uber eats driver picking up for *insert name*. He looked at a bag on the counter and handed that to me along with 2 sandwich bags, then while I am verifying the order he turns and walks away and just disappears. I yell “have a great night” as he’s walking away and he doesn’t say a word. Nothing. Look up resting B face in the dictionary and it had his picture next to it. I go to lots of places every day and holy cow was this worker horrid.
