Uber eats driver. I go in and practically had to hunt down the employee. It was some kid with black hair and glasses who was hiding in the back and from what it sounded like he was on his phone and I interrupted his movie or tv show or something. He comes out and I tell him I am an Uber eats driver picking up for *insert name*. He looked at a bag on the counter and handed that to me along with 2 sandwich bags, then while I am verifying the order he turns and walks away and just disappears. I yell “have a great night” as he’s walking away and he doesn’t say a word. Nothing. Look up resting B face in the dictionary and it had his picture next to it. I go to lots of places every day and holy cow was this worker horrid.

The employee was on her second day . Didn’t speak good English .she did her best. She was polite but I was confused with her bc that experience was horrible. Didn’t make the salad right. I blame the leader for allowing a person on there second day to be alone like that. Don’t go at night it might be better in the daytime. My experience sucked . Go to mods or Heb to get a salad at night . They left the staff with no lids for the salad dressing to go . Had to use a cup just sad !!

Don’t ever go to this subway, they always have young kids with horrible attitudes! Just had the wonderful experience with Victoria who had headphones on while making my sandwich.. she didn’t even acknowledge me at first and then gave me an attitude while giving her my order. I asked her to remove her gloves since she had touched the phone and her headphones and that just made her give me a worse attitude. Ended up walking out and letting her know her attitude was not appreciated!

This has to be the worst Subway by far. It doesn't matter what time of day you go in, the sandwiches just aren't appetizing. I've seen a worker take all of the meatballs off of a sub she had already made and nuke them. The customer was right in front of me and I didn't hear him ask for that. She pulled the meatballs from the line after that so it's anyone's guess what that was about. More recently, I went around early lunchtime and the bread on my untoasted sub was so hard and stale that it was literally flaking and falling apart on each bite smh. The toppings were also not fresh (which was insane considering they hadn't even been open long), so I only got a couple pickled toppings. I'll never go back to this location and will continue to drive a little further for Lenny's hands down.

Hands down the worst subway in a 20 mile radius. Always out of something and the teens working there don't care about the customers or the quality of their product. I've been here numerous times and I can count on one hand how many times I've been satisfied with this location. Safe yourself some money and go to HEB across the street and buy the stuff to make a sandwich you'll be happier than what you get from here.
Only one Person working with a very poor said she got left by herself by her coworkers. While making my sandwich she was complaining how she asked her boss for about 20 min tote her go use the restroom next door because Subway restroom is not working and he never let her go so she seems pretty overwhelmed!The restroom was a mess ? Both male & femaleSo dirty!!!! My husbands sandwich was very hard and definitely not a fresh bread.

If you like hard brick sandwiches and young rude under staffed teens then go here! So disappointing as this is the closest Subway. Have gone multiple times hoping for improvement but same issue. Then when you ask for a softer fresh bread they get annoyed and say they are crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. BULL! Calling corporate this is ridiculous

I ordered the Titan Turkey which is supposed to be 33% more turkey, and I also ordered extra turkey. The sandwich I received was not what I ordered. I didn't receive the extra meat that was to come with the sandwich nor did I receive the extra I paid for. Very disappointing..
