Why is there only 1 employee on a Saturday night at 10pm?? Norman was fast & efficient & had a great attitude despite being busy. This kid deserves a raise!! He greeted me as soon as I walked in & said he would be right with me. (There were 2 people ahead of me & he was backed up with pick-up orders/door dash) I am a bartender & I know all too well how impatient people can be especially when it's busy & orders keep pilling in. Norman was fast & his attitude was 5 stars. He made my experience great! Watch out Subway...... I might have to offer him a job as a barback. He really is a great employee & y'all are lucky to have him.

Stopped by Subway off Kuykendahl in Spring, Saturday Nov 29th at 9:30pm and the restaurant, rest rooms and food prep area was spotless. Miranda is doing a fabulous job of keeping this store cleaned, organized and appealing.

That was the WORST SANDWICH I have ever had in my entire life I got home the bread was so hard you could use for a hammer. The turkey and the cheese were the only thing worth eating put it in the garbage waste of money.
