Slow. Service horrible. They were out of chicken salad not willing to make more. I asked for a turkey avocado wrap sub rotisserie chicken. Willing to pay the kid said we don’t do that. I left. Won’t be back. 8:03 Friday night they probably just wanted to go home.

I went on 2 different days. The first day, I got lunch for my husband and son. I got 2 of the black forest ham subs, and for myself, I got a turkey sub. They were great. Service was fast and friendly. When I went the next time, I got a roast turkey and ham sub. I was fabulous. The subs are very reasonably priced, and again, the service was great. 5 stars. I will be going here again in the future.

Older lady with gray hair was so rude and passive aggressive when I asked to substitute something. She didn’t have a name tag so couldn’t see her name.

I used my debit card to pay, but they were out of regular soda and only had diet. When I requested a refund, both the cashier and manager seemed annoyed and questioned my choice. Eventually, the manager agreed to refund me but handed the cash to me in a rude manner. I was so put off that I didn’t even count the money right away. Once I got to my car, I realized I had been shortchanged. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Kid with glasses never listened to what I was even ordering screwed up my order not once- but TWICE.... on the last sub, I asked for chipotle sauce.. he doused it in yellow mustard, blatantly to be rude, I was over his crap.. worst employee of the day award. Did not care…AT ALL.. all I ordered was a ft long hotshot on flatbread.. I got it doused with mustard... 7:40pm 12/11/24 never coming to this location again.. previous service had been ok.

Went for my break, and I was told they decided to close at 11 pm. Wasted my break, gas, and checking their website again. It says they're open without any notes on the website, and there's no sign on the door. Like.... come on, man.

I am never one to leave reviews but I honestly just felt so uncomfortable about this situation. Once i got up to the counter, the boy employee just stared at me. After a couple seconds I just said which bread i wanted. Once he asked what else i wanted, he said 3 TIMES how basic my sandwich order was. Made sure to let everyone know which i found really odd. Then he goes on to say how he is the fastest to make sandwiches compared to his older coworker. Would not stop talking about strange things to customers. Sandwich sadly reflects the service to be honest. 0-5 stars

Spring Park Shop

This lady would not honor the special they advertised, because it was 'online only'. We had to stand in the subway for 45 mins before ordering, because the app wasn't working. This is not how you treat customers, when you clearly are running this special and your customer drove over for it, only to have the app not work at your location. She could have tried to run it through from her side, but just acts like too bad for you. There should be a way to punch in the special's code into the register if she doesn't want to help with the order on their office computer or phones. Waiting around the subway for almost an hour trying to order without help from the staff is unacceptable.
