I come here very often. The store is usually clean, the staff are always nice and tend to make sure I get what I want without any issues or miscommunications.

Ordered off dd and wasted my money. Called the store and the “manager” asked to remake it.. why Couldn’t it be made right the first time???
The sandwiches here are great for the price, they charge less than the other Subways nearby. They are always busy at lunch time, they put more ingredients on the sub when asked.

Placed a pick up order ,the app said it was ready only to walk in and half my order not done. When I asked why the 2 Hispanic ladies got a attitude and just ignored my question.when I saw the manager sitting at the table she proceeded to get rude as well. They finish my order then try to charge my card again because they werent paying attention to my food already been paid. I asked if everything was in the bag and looked and talked to me like I was a idiot.the management and the staff all NEED to be replaced or we trained on ONE their job duties and two customer services. I would give zero stars if it would let me. Then to top it off indeed not everything was in there I was missing cookies and most importantly and the most depressing is my sandwich was not made right at all.im allergic to olives and most certainly made sure to say I was allergic and to please not put them on my sandwich only to get home and it was covered in olives...well that was 20 dollars down the drain. Those ladies in this location are arrogant and incapable of doing anything but be rude and run their mouths. Might wanna remember where they are and how many crazy people are out here and how one little attitude with someone because you hate your job could end your life. This subway needs to do better or close permanently and let a business that actually lives their customers and treats them like humans.

One thin slice of turkey on one sandwich and two slices of meat on the roast beef foot long sandwiches. Why would you do that and still charge full price? Subway 3787 served by 4119399 on 9/16/24 at 6:14 pm. What is the problem with the sandwich meat portions? Is this going to be a regular thing? Very disappointed!!!

Good experience with this Subway with good service. Since I am on Keto Diet, it was awesome that they have protein bowls and salads that are delicious and reasonably priced. Only one employee working which slowed down the ordering process but the food was good.

Didn't receive drinks or chips from an online order. My son, who picked up the order, was told he couldn't get a bottled drink to replace the fountain drinks. I visited the store today to get a refund. They wouldn't do it. Said they couldn't. They also added olives to a sandwich that made one of my family members terribly sick all night. Do not recommend this location at all. We have never had good customer service here, but it's never been this bad. Subway stole my money by not providing the products ordered. Stay away.

Worst place ever. Very rude people work here. I went to pick up my order and the lady Quieroz gave my order to someone else and refused to give me my order or remake it for her mistake instead she instead me to pay again. Super rude will never go again.
The worst place, the very bad lady, Mrs. Quiroz gave my order to someone else and she didn't want to place my order again. He even wanted to charge me again. They didn't give me my order but that's how they charged me. Worst Place.

Ordered my sub online at 11:30 for it to be ready at 12pm. Got there and it wasn’t ready, long line of people. After 15 minutes I asked if it was done, they gave it someone else. No apologies and I waited another 25 minutes after I loudly asked for them to make mine a priority since the order now was over and hour. Not cool , customer service was horrible.
