If I could give it zero stars I would. This use to be a good subway but it has gone shitty, the service was okay but I ordered my sandwich on the app, it was around 11:27 when I placed my order and said it’ll be ready by 11:40, when I got there at that time, they haven’t even started making the sandwiches, and the store barely had ppl inside that were already eating, and they barely put any vegetables and sauce on the sandwich, bread was soggy, meat was okay had better, it’s gone so bad. $20 is not worth those two crappy footlongs

The people here are incompetent; they don’t like doing anything. This culture of ‘I don’t care’ has always been this way when it comes to customers. This place is always the same, with poor customer service. The woman working there is very rude and hypocritical. I will never come back here due to my bad experiences in the past.

This is the most worst subway in America.
Two girls working at the store when I was there Sunday. Customer service are the worst. store is not clean. All the fountain drinks are empty. I don’t have any word. good luck for the Subway future!

Nothing like people standing in line while only one person makes sandwiches....the other younger one restocking chips during lunch hour. No oregano no vinegar chips...UGH!

I been living here 3 years and get subways once a week. This place has really gone down hill. Employees can’t read receipts or do your orders correct. They hardly speak English so you can’t communicate. You get toasted sandwiches and they are always cold and soggy. Who is the owner to this place.

They had me standing in line for 15min only to tell me i had to wait 20min because they didn't have any food. There was clearly enough food to make 2 sandwiches.

Used to be a good place to order sandwiches, but not anymore. Put order on APP and went through with no problem. When I arrived to pick up, no bread, no tuna, no meatballs. I ordered almost an hour ago and they never even tried to call with me in such a long time. Both employees can barely speak English and really hard to communicate. The next week I decided to give them another chance, but exact problem happened again. Really annoying and wasted lots of time. My Subway Award points was never refunded. Just have to avoid this store in the future.
