I truly love eating out here, but something that does concern me is the way the workers use their gloves to touch multiple things. As someone who can’t have pork in my food, I would preferably appreciate it if all the meats used tongs. It’s not oka disgusted manner but it also seems genuinely more better, when you thing about it as people who can’t have pork, whenever they use gloves they do change it but when doing orders they touch pork and all and then with the same gloves they touch the vegetables which contaminates it all. I hope they can take this into consideration!

Ordered 2 sandwiches on the app. For two people. After seeing the sandwich I ordered. I called the restaurant- it was supposed to be a cold cut combo in a traditionally has three meats, thin, thin, thin deli meat, but no, not when CHRISTINA made the sandwich. I called and told her I’ve been eating this sandwich for years. What is up with one meat? I stayed calm until she acted like she knew what she was talking about. This was most flat skimpy disgusting cold cut combo looking sandwich I’ve witnessed. I doubled checked what it was made with after eating at subway for over 20 years literally only had bologna as the meat🤮super annoyed super disappointed and ruined my dinner. She wanted to argue about what was in it instead of making it right. I called twice. I even called the subway customer service number over all the subways. The franchise owner tried to get a hold of me after returning the call. They never tried again. It’s a waste of money. People do not even go especially if Christina is working, she needs to look up cold cut combo and do the math on the meat. if I wanted a plain bologna sandwich. I would’ve asked for that. I think she needs more training and especially customer service.

Horrible service catered to the Hispanics. They think you don’t speak Spanish and talk trash. Long wait times even for dasher. Barely got help when I walked in. I had to giggle and laugh with the lady behind the counter because she thought I don’t know Spanish because I am black. However I hope she takes her job more serious next time. I’ll be leaving a complaint for door dash as well. Today is 10/6/2025 at 337pm. Door dash order not ready or prepared when I arrived and she took so long trying not to assist me she said did they decide. I said I’ve been waiting for you to finish entertaining and not working waiting

I work in the same shopping strip as this Subway so I frequently visit this location. I have seen this store undergo 3 different management changes in just a few months. I always received excellent service and quality food under Layla’s management. I typically order the tuna bowl, which I have always received with 4 scoops of tuna so I would assume that is the proper spec for a tuna bowl. My most recent visit on 04/19 was less than satisfactory. There is an employee there that to my understanding has been off and on with the company, I believe her name is Juanita. Every time I have ordered a tuna bowl from her I only receive 1 scoop of tuna. When I try to ask for 4 scoops she gets argumentative and tells me the serving for a tuna bowl is 1 scoop and that if I want more I have to pay extra which I don’t believe to be true given how my previous visits when she wasn’t there always came with 4 scoops. Either she needs to be re-trained on proper specs or she shouldn't be working there if shes going to be skimping out on customers toppings and not making orders properly but still charge full price/extra. The vegetables on the makeline also looked mushy and old, definitely not fresh. Coming from someone who orders at least once a week here, the service and quality has definitely gone downhill in just a few weeks.

Very very rude service if you can avoid coming to this location please do it, they tried to put some very brown lettuce in my subs and when I told the lady to please remove it she got a very bad attitude and no wonder why is only 3 stars believe me I will no longer come to this location is sad that if they are not willing to work in the serving business why are do they take this jobs!!
