Four different times now I've asked for avocado in my online order, four times I've gotten none. I decided to post a review about it this time—if you charge extra for add-ons, I expect the ingredients to actually be there when I pay for them. On the same order today, there were also the requested green bell peppers missing, they always leave out ingredients and the sandwiches just don't taste how you want them to. Unsatisfying as a whole, and disappointing every time.

The sandwiches are consistently fresh and absolutely delicious – you can tell Mirna takes pride in making each one just right. The ingredients are always well-stocked and super fresh, and she’s happy to customize to your preferences without missing a beat.
The store itself is spotless every time I come in – clean counters, tidy tables, and an all-around inviting atmosphere. It’s clear Mirna runs a tight ship and really cares about the customer experience.

I just left subway stood in line for nearly 40 minutes to be serviced, only to be skipped over when it was time to dress my sandwich the lady working the counter decided to help the other people who just walked in, and I was skipped over. I have never been so upset. I only get 45 minute lunch at work, I’m pregnant with a bad back, and I didn’t get to eat lunch. I walked out of the establishment, because I felt completely unforgettable. So now I have to go the rest of my work day without eating. Maybe I was looked over because I was the only black person standing in line at the time. I am completely frustrated, disappointed, displeased and angry!!!! Being pregnant and hungry do not mix. Sad thing is I always come to this subway, but not anymore!

Of the 365 days/yr, I would say I have a subway at least 85 of those days so pretty regular. I just ordered a foot long turkey w/ cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, olives and light mayo with oil and vinegar. Idk which of the two ladies there made my sandwich, but BLESSINGS to you! This is my very first time leaving a Subway comment out of ALL time times I’ve partaken. But I HAD to let the world know this was BY FAR the BEST one to date, and I have had some good ones, this one today was SUPERIOR! Hats off to the hands that were laid on my foot long 🫡🫶🏼
By the way I ALWAYS prefer this location because of the stellar cleanliness…
