I just left subway stood in line for nearly 40 minutes to be serviced, only to be skipped over when it was time to dress my sandwich the lady working the counter decided to help the other people who just walked in, and I was skipped over. I have never been so upset. I only get 45 minute lunch at work, I’m pregnant with a bad back, and I didn’t get to eat lunch. I walked out of the establishment, because I felt completely unforgettable. So now I have to go the rest of my work day without eating. Maybe I was looked over because I was the only black person standing in line at the time. I am completely frustrated, disappointed, displeased and angry!!!! Being pregnant and hungry do not mix. Sad thing is I always come to this subway, but not anymore!

Of the 365 days/yr, I would say I have a subway at least 85 of those days so pretty regular. I just ordered a foot long turkey w/ cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, olives and light mayo with oil and vinegar. Idk which of the two ladies there made my sandwich, but BLESSINGS to you! This is my very first time leaving a Subway comment out of ALL time times I’ve partaken. But I HAD to let the world know this was BY FAR the BEST one to date, and I have had some good ones, this one today was SUPERIOR! Hats off to the hands that were laid on my foot long 🫡🫶🏼
By the way I ALWAYS prefer this location because of the stellar cleanliness…

Corporate Subway has some issues to address. My recent experience with the Subway on Louetta was excellent. The staff was friendly and courteous the restaurant was very clean. Good job

Don't come here on the weekends, especially if you're using the app. Just spent 45 minutes waiting on a 2 sandwich order, 30 mins of which was spent physically in store. They couldn't bother to make my order, but they had time to get the 8 or so people that walked in during my time there. Placed an order at 1:24p, they called me at 1:34 from the location to confirm they were out of the bread selected and asked for a replacement. I sat in the shop around 1:45, waiting for my order. At 2:00 they asked me what I was waiting on, and I told them my pick up order. It was not the one they had completed, so the two ladies working dug through the 2 pending orders to find mine. They then asked what kind of bread I wanted because they were out. I told them my replacement, and reminded them they called me roughly a half hour earlier to confirm the change. My order was not in hand until after 2:10p. I'm pretty chill, but when I brought this up I was just met with apathy and "sorry, there's only two of us working. "At least try to make it right if I have to spend almost an hour to get a 2 sandwich order out of your establishment, and don't patronize me trying to say it's short labor, that's not an excuse for not processing your in-app pickups.
