Don't come here on the weekends, especially if you're using the app. Just spent 45 minutes waiting on a 2 sandwich order, 30 mins of which was spent physically in store. They couldn't bother to make my order, but they had time to get the 8 or so people that walked in during my time there. Placed an order at 1:24p, they called me at 1:34 from the location to confirm they were out of the bread selected and asked for a replacement. I sat in the shop around 1:45, waiting for my order. At 2:00 they asked me what I was waiting on, and I told them my pick up order. It was not the one they had completed, so the two ladies working dug through the 2 pending orders to find mine. They then asked what kind of bread I wanted because they were out. I told them my replacement, and reminded them they called me roughly a half hour earlier to confirm the change. My order was not in hand until after 2:10p. I'm pretty chill, but when I brought this up I was just met with apathy and "sorry, there's only two of us working. "At least try to make it right if I have to spend almost an hour to get a 2 sandwich order out of your establishment, and don't patronize me trying to say it's short labor, that's not an excuse for not processing your in-app pickups.

I go out of the way to go to this location. They make the sandwich right unlike the other 2 locations closer to me. I've eaten Subway weekly for many years and this location is the most consistent. Thank you for the good food.

Best in the area… every time I get good service and proper portions. No complaints at all. Way way better than subway across from Klein which is closer to me and is probably the worse in the area IMO. I drive the extra distance to go to this one and avoid the Klein location. Keep it up ?

Really enjoyed the three ladies and their humor. My husband, children and I came in for a overdue sub sandwich and the bread choices had us laughing, I was not clear on my choices, so we joked about it.

I ordered a steak, egg and cheese. It costs about $7. One of the workers told me they were out of egg. I said "ok just give me the steak and the cheese." He then tried to charge me $9 for the same sandwich I had just ordered, minus the egg. I walked out. And you should too.
