Came in and was being served by a very rude young lady her name was Nicole I believe. Every time I come and she is has a very nasty attitude. That and she has tried to overcharge me for my food in numerous occasions, one time I had gotten a six inch and she charged me for a foot long, I had to point it out and she rolled her eyes at me

The woman was very aggressive in the way she spoke to the young man. ( It may have been her son), but I wasn't in a rush. Cinnamon churro was delicious, nonetheless.

Showed up on 09-28-24 at 9:35 PM to get two foot longs to go. There was one person ahead of us being served. After the young male worker boi was done checking out the person ahead of us he decided to tell us he was closed. He could have told us that before we stood there waiting. It was well before 10. If employees can close early then please change your listed hours. Ten PM means ten PM not 9:45.
Nicole is awesome. She makes my sandwich perfect everytime. She is always professional and very helpful. She deserves a raise. Will return for more delish sandwiches.

I wish I could give 0 stars. About a week ago I went in person and the customer service was terrible. Y’all need to FIRE that dude with curly hair and a beard because I’m not the one. If you hate your job so much then LEAVE. Stop treating the customers poorly, slamming things, and cussing. GROW UP!!! I refused to go back in person so I chose to get my food delivered and of course my order was all messed up. My sandwich just came with meat and cheese NONE of the veggies or seasonings I requested. I checked the receipt and of course the veggies and seasonings were listed clear as day. Be so for real!!

Every time I've been to this location in the last year, they're either out of ice or the soda machine just doesn't work. Stopped in last night to get my kids some food. I asked for 2 Spicy Italian and they made and charged me for 2 Italian BMT. I didn't catch it while they were being made bc one dude (curly hair) was rushing to the point he was ringing me up before I was done ordering. He seemed to be in a hurry to get to the back of the store and rushed off as soon as I paid.The 2nd guy (young man with glasses) was very nice and had great customer service. From what I witnessed, his shift was ending about the time we arrived. He never acted like he was in a hurry even though his ride was waiting.

Stopped by for a sandwich and had exceptional service provided by Letty at Subway today. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made my visit enjoyable. Letty’s professionalism and positive attitude exemplify outstanding customer service.

I came in for a quick bite before my interview and enjoyed my meal. Letty was very knowledgeable about the veggie sub, and it was amazing. The lobby was clean. I enjoyed myself.
Vegetarian options: I got a veggie sub with vinegar, oil, salt,pepper, pepper jack, and all the veggies... can't forget the Chipotle ranch and EXTRA Parmesan cheese. ?

worst customer service of my entire life from the backwards hat beard and curly hair.
Ordered from them again on DoorDash because i needed something fast and healthy that would cater to my needs (high protein, 1800 daily cal intake limitations.) So I ordered an italian BMT sandwich on flatbread, wanted it toasted; baked lays, a churro sidekick to share with my mom and a vitamin water. Simple right? apparently it wasn’t simple enough and it’s clear that the guy that people have previously had in their reviews make their sandwich more than likely made mine. 1.) I didn’t get flatbread, and instead got white bread + my sandwich wasn’t toasted. Seriously? how lazy do you have to be?2.) i asked for baked lays because they have a lower cal. count than regular, dude gave me regular. seriously?3.) and this is the second time i’ve had an issue with the churro sidekick not being in stock. If it’s not in stock, maybe mark it as OOS on your menu so people won’t mistake it thinking it’s not in stock but really, I feel like he’s lazy and doesn’t wanna make it. Last time I ordered it was 2 months ago and he argued with me on the phone about it and clearly didn’t wanna come to terms with solving an issue and instead made doordash cancel my entire order that one time.this place wouldn’t be as bad if y’all maybe fired that kid but that’s just me. Stop hiring lazy workers that clearly don’t wanna work. I understand the food service industry sucks and that it’s not everyone’s job and they don’t want to deal with angry customers, but also don’t apply if you think you’re gonna sit around all day doing nothing.
