The short Hispanic woman needs customer service training immediately. I bought two 6” sandwiches and the toppings were switched up. I visit this location probably 3x a week. She had an instant attitude but remade the sandwiches. She literally THREW the meat and toppings on the sandwiches with a big nasty dose of attitude. It took everything in me not to match her disposition. My response is to never visit that location if she’s still there. I don’t do disrespect when I’m trying to patronize and partner with my local stores.

Beware: Mobile orders are frequently stolen here!

On the night of 2/27, I placed a mobile order at this Subway location, and my younger brother went to pick it up for me—only to find that my sandwich had been stolen. When he brought it up to the employee, she didn’t seem to care and refused to remake it without charging him again. She claimed someone else had picked it up, possibly a DoorDash driver, but I’ve never used DoorDash, and it was clearly stolen. Her only advice was to file a complaint through the Subway app because they wouldn’t do anything about it.
While my brother was dealing with this, another customer came in with the exact same issue—his mobile order had been stolen just 10 minutes later! It seems like this is a common problem at this location. If you’re ordering ahead on the app, be aware that your food may not be there when you arrive.

Today is the third time that I ordered something, online and it took over 35 minutes to get, so when I walked in there, about twenty five minutes after ordering.They still haven't even started on it yet, and she is taking other orders from other customers and telling me to hold on. When they are walkins, not a bad place to eat, but unless you have an hour for lunch and I mean fifty minutes to get the food in ten minutes to eat

Don’t eat here. The manager isabel is rude and quick to say they don’t have something when they do. She likes to throw things and have an attitude with the customers. i asked for meatball sauce on my sandwich and she put some only on one side of my sandwich & then proceeds to say we don’t have anymore when it was a pot full of it. Then she wouldn’t give me her name as well. 0/10 don’t recommend eating here. don’t waste your time just go to another one who appreciates there customers.
