Today was my first day having Swig. I went into the store and it was filled with smiling staff and positive attitudes. Finally a place where the staff truly seem to love where they are and what they are doing. It was a refreshing experience and I encouraged my son to apply for his 1st job. This place is mom approved.

Our drinks were delicious and the young man in the drive through on 6/11 was so kind and patient explaining different options to us. We felt welcomed as first time visitors. I had the southern belle sweet tea and it was great :)

Went today and got the usual. I’m assuming the cashier misheard my husband. Yet we asked for our drinks to be made a certain way. Which was blended. One of the drinks didn’t come up blended. We asked for it to be remade. When I receive my drink, it was very diluted.

I do like the drinks here but wait time is ridiculous even when I door dash they end up canceling because they are waiting to long yall need more staff or either your staff needs more urgency

Tonight was my husband’s and I first time at swig and we weren’t familiar with anything and asked for recommendations. The person behind the counter was not very helpful and didn’t really give any input but just stared at us. We ordered our drinks and ordered a sugar cookie and pretzels as well. We got our drinks and one of the workers asked if we got the cookie and we said no and he grabbed one and slammed it on the counter and walked away. Good place for drinks, but the service I wish was more friendly.

Drinks are okay, but I try to go in at 8:30 at night and they had the door locked . When they stay open until 10. I was very disappointed.
This was our first time here and just a great experience we had. If your tastes buds are starving for something new and with a twist, come on in. The playlist was cool, and the staff was amazing

This evening I stopped to get drinks for my family. We walked into the store at 6:30 PM and were immediately informed that the inside part of the store closed at 6:30 PM and so they would not help us inside. Not that big of a deal, so we went in the drive-through because the store closes at 7 PM. After placing our order and waiting in line, we got to the pick up window and waited about five minutes until someone came to the window and asked me the name for the order. I gave them my name, and then at that time is when they proceeded to make the drinks. During the making of the drinks they brought one drink with ice that was supposed to have no ice, but they caught it as they were handing it to me and took it back to make it again. After giving me five of the six drinks they acted like that was the complete order, and I had to ask for the sixth one and tell them what it was. They made that drink, and we finally had our full order. It had been about 25 minutes and we only had two cars in front of us in the drive-through at the beginning. When I brought the drinks home for my family, five of the six drinks were missing multiple ingredients so they did not taste anything like what they were supposed to taste like. For example, most of the drinks that were supposed to have fruit in them did not. I’ve been to this swig multiple times, and it’s been good. But this evening it seems like all the employees cared about was trying to clean up and close the store and did not care about having any customers and just wanted to get us out of there. I was very disappointed in the customer service, and that five of the six drinks didn’t taste that good and we’re not what we ordered .

It was busy but the fact that we were never acknowledged (other than them trying to avoid eye contact), or asked to please wait a moment really soured the experience. We ended up leaving after 15 minutes of still not having our order taken even though drive thru orders were still coming in.
