This is an absolutely horrible location for service. Their food is fine but the management and employees are a disgrace. Do not go to this location If you expect any sort of decent customer service. Hopefully it gets shut down and replaced with something soon and yes, they use the new AI order thing.

This location has switched to AI and I order my food plain. I get to the window to confirm and the guy says they can't make any changes and the food is already made. I said I told the machine what i wanted he said to try and speak up. Needless to say if left and went to Wendy's

You have to talk to a robot at the drive thru now and they ALWAYS ask you to pull forward and park in the front because the order will take long👎🏻

Horrible experience at this location. The Manager Jessica and Anna should not be qualified to be managers. The employees and managers don't show any respect towards customers.Also The food is always cold never warm or hot. Tacos are always cracked or stale. Burritos arent properly wrapped so evrything falls out once I bite into it. 😡😡😡

I’m guessing Taco Bell has resorted to letting AI do most of their jobs bc they cannot find employees to work or know how to function in general. 1. AI took our order and half was wrong. Employee finally came on 3min into trying to place an order. 2. Employees moved at a snail pace and acted as if they didn’t know what was going on. Couldn’t even direct us to pull around to the front without mumbling and before even gave our card back.
Wow can’t even stress how bad of an experience this was…. The guy at the window told me to park ahead and wait for the food so I did and when the food came out this girl comes to the window and hands me my food so rudely and practically screams at me saying “please do not park in the lot like that again” and starts running back inside before I can even get a response in but I still said that the man told me to do that… then I come home and realize she didn’t give any of the sauces I asked for.. and my friend takes a bite of her Mexican pizza and it literally tastes like it’s been sitting out for days like it was so disgusting she couldn’t even finish it and threw it away. I think people need to remember what customer service is and not be brats to the customers and if ur gonna be rude at least make sure the food doesn’t taste like trash.. thanks

Placed an order though drive through and was told to find a parking spot and the girl at the window would come and find me with my food. Waited 20 minutes until an off the clock worker let me know I had to go back through the drive through to get my food. Food was now cold :/ nice communication
