I recently moved to this neighborhood from Woodlands/Spring area. Sawdust was my go to out of 2. My 1st time experience at this location was great. Thank you Brianna D for your great customer service. I will be back and purchase a larger Dragon fruit freeze. It was bomb!

Absolutely garbage service. Ordered food waited for 15 minutes to get told they don't have the order. And acted like I was crazy when I ordered on their kiosk. Offered 0 solutions for their garbage self order system. Never going onto a taco bell property ever again. Every location is like this.

When I was in drive-through, taking my order, the guy was being rude talking in Spanish, mocking me and just being all racist 100% do not recommend going here and he was being rude, trying to hurry up with the order terrible service!!!!

A couple of things to note here. The day crew always is bad no matter what. I pay to add extras on my food that I never received from this location. To be fair, day crew at EVERY Taco Bell is bad (long live the night crew.)
Secondly, I enjoy getting sides of Nacho cheese, not just getting it added, and the option to order a side via the app or indoor digital kiosk is gone.
All of this said, Id much rather drive to the one on Cypresswood (and at night) just to be sure my order is fulfilled to satisfaction.

1st time ordering at this location customer service was horrible received my food the quality of food was horrible my nacho fries were soggy and greasy Mexican pizza was dry. Will not be ordering from this location again.

The seemingly manager wasn't all that helpful but the 2 younger guys in the back, ones name was Alonzo, were extremely helpful and kind! Really good customer service and respectful young men. I pray they go far

Been here twice now with the same results- there won't be a third time. It takes forever to get your food, even when they aren't particularly busy. The staff just meanders around back there with no regard for how long people are waiting...
