I found a huge piece of plastic buried into my nachos. I called and they showed no interest. This is appalling, I have no idea where this came from? What it is? What it touched before going into my food? And what issue it could have caused me. They must run the nastiest messiest kitchen if random objects that have no connection with ingredients fall into customers food items. Foreign material contamination in food is a serious safety concern. It can cause choking, injury, and illness.

The only thing that I don’t like about Taco Bell is that when you put a review in they don’t even give you numbers to get some free at the store later! sweep States? Walmart has a Sweepstakes. Should be able to get you a free taco or some for putting in a review. another thing I don’t like about Taco Bell is that they hire some of the most rudest people. The majority of them are rude. You have a few spare good apples.

This is the 3rd or 4th time when I pull up to the window to pick up my order, they will either ask me to pull up out of the way of the window and then have me reverse back to the window when my order is ready… or they will give me my drinks and then ask me to pull out of the drive through; wait 5 minutes and then pull back into the drive-through behind people. By the time I get my order, it’s either COLD or WRONG.. not to mention my drinks halfway gone by the time I get my food.

Dined in. Had to use the kiosk. Only customers in lobby when we got here. Other customers came in after we placed our order but were the last people to get our order.

It’s 1pm on a Wednesday. I just waited five minutes at the drive-through and nobody responded so I drove around to the window. There were people in the restaurant and one of them stared at me out the window for at least a minute. A second person popped up from below the window, from doing who knows what, opened the window and said, can I help you. I asked her if she could take my order and she said just a sec. She proceeded to clean her self up from who knows what she was doing. Got organized, then looked at me and said can you drive around again? I asked her if she could just take my order and she said no she only knows how to do it if I talk to her through her headset And she asked me again if I could drive around and place my order at the menu. I have no confidence in the ability of these employees. And it’s Taco Bell so it’s not that hard. So I drove around to a different restaurant and had some thing other than Taco Bell today.
After having done a mobile order twice, this is a terrible location. Both times my orders weren't ready. The first time my iced coffee wasn't ready. The second time the fiesta potatoes weren't ready. Do you guys ever have anything ready? There's a reason people place mobile orders. To wait less! But either way we still have to wait. What's the point?

Went inside to order and was told that I have to use there machine for they can’t take orders at the register. Sorry if you’re not going to pay me to go through that long process it’s not happening. The employee was nice but I told her I will go elsewhere. Good by Taco Bell trying to dictate my life.
