Spent $34 on dinner and noticed that we were given stale cold food 10 minutes later when we got home.. no wonder the manager acted strange on ordering our food, trashy place and staff...

The automatic machine at Night is the most Trash Idea. The workers at the drive through don’t want to be there. They always have this little dry attitude. You are afraid to ask for the things you need because they are one second away from rolling there eyes at you for asking for Napkins. Just management, if they care needs to talk to your crew(s)

I made simple order of chalupa with substitutes beans and they still messed up the order and put beef. This is 3rd time it happens. Don’t ever go to this shitty place .
I was at the drive thru little while ago, damn the lady at the window kept saying 22.46. How are you mam? 22.46? are you all right? 22.46. Big wide eyes as if we’re gonna run with the order and I was gonna pay befire I take order from her hand anyway.

This is the absolute worst Taco bell that I've ever been to. The staff is lazy, unprofessional, and unfocused. The AI took the order, which is fine, but the actual workers are the ones that messed up my order. The Mexican pizza looked like they just threw the ingredients into the box and put it in the bag. I ordered fire and Diablo sauce, but only received Diablo. There was no sense of customer service present and when I pulled up to the window for my order, the staff was cursing and seemingly upset that I was there to order food.

I have never in my life returned an order to Taco Bell but tonight they did me so wrong that I did drive back and ask for a refund. I ordered the beefy nachos with no beans and extra beef and a stacker. When I got home I was saddened to see about 15 tiny chips and a small blob of beef in the middle and about a tablespoon of sour cream and a tablespoon of guac just slopped om the cardboard. The stacker had maybe 1 tablespoon of beef in it. This location used to be really good and I can only imagine they must have a new manager who is trying to cut corners so he can get his bonus. In case employees don't know this, yes, the store manager gets a bonus if he comes in under the budget, but the employees don't get a bonus. Sell more, give less, lose customers.

They stop letting you order through the app, meaning you cannot order cravings boxes - which is one of the only reasons to go to taco bell...if this isn't the definition of corporate greed, I dont know what is.

Why isn't this taco bell closed yet. If your job is to take the customer's food order, why are you rushing the customer? I presume to get back to playing with their phones or something else. Meanwhile their are ppl who are actively looking for work and these are the clowns they hire. Thumbs down to the entire crew. The smart ones are holding onto this job until they find something better. Very disrespectful women at this location.
