This location uses and AI for the drive thru and I wanted to pick up my mobile order and my daughter who was driving was going to order through the drive thru. (Mobile order for deal)
To not confuse the AI through the drive thru by asking to pick up a mobile order and place one, I decided to select my pick up at the counter and once she got her food she would pull around and I would go in and get mine.
I placed my order and then we headed to the Taco Bell. After she ordered and we pulled around to the window, it started storming. Not raining, or sprinkling, storming! Like the very fast onset of dark clouds and thick rain with plants and trees blowing sideways.
When she paid for her order I asked the drive thru attendant if I could get my mobile order through the drive through because of the sudden onset of the storm. She seemed ok with it but another lady who maybe was the manager came to the window and said sorry no you can’t do that.
I showed her my order on My phone and said please I was going to go in and get it but you can see it just started storming. She smiled and said sorry sweetie you’re just gonna have to get out and get it from the counter.
I just can’t believe the lack of customer service and just being rude and mean for no reason. She saw it start storming and just wanted to be rude and make me get out in the rain.
I got soaked and so did my box of food. Then to top it off I go to eat the food and it’s gross. The taco tasted like a chemical or like it had been on a recently cleaned counter and the meat in the burrito was cold.
Horrible experience and very sad for me because I was so hungry and excited but got left hungry cold and wet.

If your posted hours say closing at 5 AM, then there’s no excuse for saying your computers are “updating“ at 4:23 AM. I was there well within the timeframe needed to be able to place and receive an order, but the staff decided to close early and only accept DoorDash and Uber eats orders. I said I was going to put in my order for DoorDash pick up and the manager wanted to argue and say that only DoorDash can pick up and that’s not true if you place a pick up order on DoorDash as a customer. You can go pick that up yourself. It was completely rude and out of control. Stop saying that you close at 5 if you close at 4, just post that you close at 4 and then people won’t make the trip over here for no reason.

Couldn't even order food....came in for lunch break and restaurant was empty.. waited a few minutes for my order to be taken and the employee directed me to use kiosk.. it took 10 min to order from kiosk and it wouldn't accept payment. Tried to pay at register and they couldn't find order. the employee ask to take my order again but when I asked if he could take my order the first time he directed me to the kiosk. By now 15 min has passed, leaving me 15 min to reorder, eat, and travel back to work that's 3-5 min. Short for time; I left extremely disappointed, dissatisfied, and hungry to finish out a 10hr shift. Wouldn't recommend this location.

I usually dont care but damn , went real quick for my lunch so i dont trip bc my time is running when i get back and open my bag they gave me a black bean chalupa like be fr i asked for beef & i gave her exact change so she gave me closed change back and she still gave me cents back i didnt say nun bc it didnt matter at that point but the chalupa be so fr now …. 😒

It's 4:24 AM, as we walked from home to taco bell, which was surely a long walk, we weren't able to order what we want. The lady told us that they only accept delivery orders, which is crazy, because they close till 5:00 AM and opens at 7:00 AM. Like that's messed up how others can take a small and quick order, but this one can't. The reason why we walk, is because the delivery charges more as if we were buying it from the airport.

I waited for over 20 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff after walking in. When I finally approached the counter to ask about my order, I was told the items weren’t available. I tried to cancel through the app, but it wouldn’t let me. Suddenly, they said they could make the order after all. The service was disappointing, and the woman at the front was unhelpful and came off as rude and uninterested. Overall, not a good experience. Also the food was stale and disgusting.

Ask for 4 cheese gordita crunch and two soft tacos!! Apparently they are short of meat because usually tha amount of meat in one taco they used it to add it to all 6 tacos ... unbelievable, looks like they use a tea spoon as a measure
