Open late, quick service, not busy, didn’t die from eating the food 😂 tacos are tacos - EAT THIS STUFF IF YOU ARE HUNGRY.

Typical taco bell quality so all good there. Seems their kiosks lock up a lot and slow past 2x been there which is annoying. Would also be good to get drink cups when ordering rather than having to wait for food to come out.

No menu in the drive thru. Just a speaker and your memory to order from.
Taco Bell no longer has a counter person inside. They've gone to computers and you have to make your own order. It's impossible to get any help with the ordering process because they only have 2 people working and they are busy filling orders. This is ridiculous and I won't be going back to Taco Bell again.

3rd time food comes out cold or missing items. We asked for 2 cinnamon twists. Didn't get them. 3rd times a charm, i guess I need to check the bag before driving off. I got a new promotional item. Fries were ice cold. My bf order is supposed to come with chips for the queso. No chips. Asked for 2 baha blasts..got one baha and and iced tea. Idk honestly

No one answers the drive thru line speaker. So I pulled up to the window behind another car and waited another 10 mins. Got to the window to be informed that they are willing to take orders but it’s going to be a very long wait. It’s. Fast. Food.

Their mobile order process via the app is a joke. I’ve been double charged and followed up with customer service and never heard anything back. Today was it, waiting in line. No one answers the mobile lane speaker so I called. They said it’s working and just drive up. Get there and then they make me wait to
Pick it up. From order to now, 22 minutes in line. So much for “fast” food.

I don't know what's up with this Taco Bell but every single time I order online, I'll sit in the drive thru watching 4 or 5 cars be served thru the regular drive thru line, and I'm never even acknowledged. I keep having to back up out of the online lane and go back thru the regular order lane. It's weird and awkward.
I'm done with taco bell. I don't like being forced to order from a kiosk. With no human interaction, we did not get our drink cups for 10 minutes until the food was ready. My wife and I were both thirsty and had to wait. We chose to dine in, no food trays, you eat out of a paper bag. Then you can't get a printed receipt they text or email you the receipt. And to top everything off, I needed to wash my hands after eating, but I had to go get a combination from an employee to get the locked door to the men's room open. It was not a good experience at all. I am done with taco bell.

Ignored the mobile order line for 5 minutes while taking orders in the regular drive through line. Maybe don't have a separate line for mobile orders only, if the employees are just going to ignore it. Like put out a cone or something like other places do
