Excellent review of the Taco Bell on Sawdust Rd in Spring, TX for 3-26-24. I want Vanessa and Serenity to know how awesome they were.I’m a Sr. Citizen with techno challenges. This was my 1st time using the app & had to go into the store to get help from Vanessa at 2 pm & again at 4 pm by Vanessa and Serenity. They were both awesome.. very patient, polite. & professional. They corrected imy order error, brought it to me & even incl a free Sr citizen drink without my having to ask. Store was spotless & orderly. I haven’t had this kind of service in a long time. It is so refreshing to see there are kind, compassionate people who go above & beyond the expected. Excellent service. Vanessa & Serenity you are awesome & I will definitely return. Made order on door dash, was told to call for substitution. Called immediately after just to be told they made it already, even though I literally had just placed the order not even 1 minute ago. Not terrible but the customer service just was not there.

It was a good location for eating. The inside was small, so even with a few people, it felt crowded.The tea here was great. It's probably the best I've had at Taco Bell and was actually in the dining room, so I didn't have to ask someone for the tea. TheFood was hot and came out quickly.
The drive thru attendant was fast and friendly!! The food was pretty good. I don't like when u pay for a large fry, you only get a medium. Smh. Never have been on the inside of this one.Vegetarian options: I'm pretty sure that's not real mean! Now is it plant-based ?. Doubtful, but they do have beans and other options as well.Kid-friendliness: The drive thru attendant was definitely friendly! I would also recommend their Strawberry cream freeze.

No answer at the drive thru, waited 5 minutes before pulling to the window. All the workers were in the back. I had to call the series to get any service at all. The lady at the window was nice and made me my mobile order in just a few minutes. Over all it was a hassle to wait that long for just a quesadilla

It was my first time going into this taco bell and I had placed and order online and I was waiting for 15~20 minutes and when I got my food and drinks there was no ice in the cup even though I put regular ice and sodas I had to ask for a cup holder and when I got home to check my food the messed everything up and I was just so tired after work that my family just ate what we got and we got things we didn't even ask for the things I got and wanted where just messed up and not even worth the trip

Have to place order yourself. No problem for me. 2 other screens would not work for other customers. An older lady in her 60s walked in and stood at the counter and left because of this system, and no one came to her.TACOBELL has lost its value.I ordered 2 Mexican pizzas, 1 taco, one chips and cheese and a Cinnamon twists. $17.59. I received 11 chips. I can go to the store and get a whole bag compared to this.I have to place my order and cleanup. I pay this much at a Mexican restaurant with tip and full service and unlimited chips.Person who finally got thru the system stated no tomatoes. Still had tomatoes. Took about 5 minutes to rework his order.I won't be visiting here anytime soon.

Ordered steak burrito, I received a chicken taco... Beef burrito balled up like they don't know how to fold a burrito.... Never again. For $15 I could have went to Cilantros. Fast food is never fast and is never good.
