I ordered uber eats at around 8pm (well past dinner time) and it took 3 frustrated uber driver to get it. They all told me the people at Taco Bell said “the order will be out in a few minutes”. Either the manager is an absolute moron or the employees are unemployable. Also my order was wrong

I asked to make sure the avocado verde was added to my burrito order as it’s included and every Taco Bell i go to forgets it even when i order extra, they apologized for that happening to me and included a free taco voucher in my bag as a surprise for my past orders! The appreciation i had! Team was phenomenal. Order taken at around 4:30pm on 9/18/25.

Ain't ever got everything in stock. Drink was out and even ice machine out. These prices are too high to offer such crap service

Seems after moving away from .59 .79 .99 portions get smaller than ever in the pre measured spatulas used but over head reductions has not stopped 20 packs of hot sauce for 3 items purchased.

Customer service is absolutely lacking. It first started when I tried to get the attention of a person behind the counter to ask if they had any diet Pepsi, and they were completely inconvenienced by my question and really short. Then, when our order was given, we went through the food to find the correct item to give to our son but had a hard time deciphering which burrito it was. My husband went to the counter to ask about the chicken burrito, and we were accidentally given a 5 layer burrito, the woman behind the counter rudly interrupted him and got an attitude saying he did order that. We weren't texted our receipt even after our order was purchased so we couldn't refer back to the receipt. Then another woman in the back got an attitude and started questioning the type of chicken burrito we had ordered so I referred to the automated screen to look up the type it was to let them know. Once we got it figured out, they stated that it was the correct order and we did go back and confirm that we found the correct burrito. However, the way they handled the situation and any type of customer interaction was volatile and unacceptable. We will not go back to this location, we've been to this location many times and have experienced the worst customer service from the employees and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but this was the straw that broke the camels back. This location needs to invest in customer service training ASAP. God forbid any customer ask your employees a question and disturb their bubble in the back. I get better customer service from the kiosk.

The worst Taco bell I have ever had. Plain no flavor barely any meat in my crunch wrap then my Gordita was cold barely any lettuce. I will never come to this Taco Bell ever again.

I think I had my debit card information stolen after stopping here because it's the only place I used my card and they ordered car parts and put their address for delivery so it had to be someone local. Owner- whichever one of your employees that lives at 746 Brushy Glen Dr, Houston, TX 77073 is a thief.
