I have been waiting in the drive thru line for twenty minutes and only one car has been served. I can see three workers just hanging out in the storage room that is the first window doing nothing. This location has gone way downhill. Would recommend that people avoid it entirely.

0/10 if I could do negative stars I would. First of all the entire staff might as well be untrained. They messed up my order TWICE and then refused to give me the food that they left out then told me I needed to pay for it AGAIN in order to get it. Keep in mind neither time I was given a receipt. Just plain stupid.

Just went into this location to pick up an online order placed 20+ mins before I showed up. Of the 5 employees there, it took over 5 mins for one of them to acknowledge the 3 customers standing inside. We all had online orders and were told they were still working on them. I waited for about 5 more mins before canceling my order and leaving. The lack of acknowledgement by the employees in the store is unacceptable! The female that appeared to be the lead person never said a word to any of the customers waiting. I would suggest better employees or better training!

I hadn’t had a Chalupa this fresh in almost 10 years, and it instantly brought back a wave of nostalgia. The bread was perfectly crisp, the steak was hot, and everything tasted just like I remembered—maybe even better. It’s rare for fast food to hit that ‘comfort food’ spot, but this one absolutely did. Great job, Taco Bell!

I ordered uber eats at around 8pm (well past dinner time) and it took 3 frustrated uber driver to get it. They all told me the people at Taco Bell said “the order will be out in a few minutes”. Either the manager is an absolute moron or the employees are unemployable. Also my order was wrong
