I’m gonna start this off by saying, DO NOT GO HERE, FOR SANITARY REASONS. This store has to be the worst fast food store I’ve ever ordered from in my life, they mess something up every single time I order, how does cabbage and guacamole even end up in a grilled cheese burrito?? Not to mention the nacho cheese cheesy gordita crunch I ordered was not only plain but was soaked in nacho cheese, which isn’t even supposed to be on the item, it’s supposed to have a Doritos shell. When I called to ask if I could get my burrito remade? I was asked “so what you tryna do?” by Demari, and hung up on. I worked here about a year and a half ago, and around a year after I left, I ordered from there again, and when I pulled up to the drive thru window, my own ex co-workers told me not to eat the food, and to order somewhere else because there were MAGGOTS in the food!!! HELLO?! I made a mobile order so I couldn’t do anything about it, I had just lost money, but luckily Marcella, the manager at the Taco Bell on Rayford, is the nicest manager ever and made my order there. Julie, get your manager Francisco in line, and Francisco, get your store in line, and learn how to manage it. What was your solution to getting the maggots out of the food again..? Oh yeah! Spray sanitizer on them!! That’ll get ‘em!! Oh yeah, just like the time there were hundreds of ants by and in the bottle for the syrup for coffee and the freezes!! You told us to spray sanitizer on them!! This Taco Bell has some serious issues with health and food safety protocol, and every time an evaluation is done on the store they put on a show and hide behind a mask, making it seem like they’re super clean and following protocol well, but as soon as that evaluation is finished, employees go right back to washing their hands the wrong way and cross-contaminating. Why did I quit this job? I didn’t, I got fired, why? Because Francisco couldn’t understand that HIS STORE’S phone line was out, and I couldn’t call the store, after literally texting him I could not come into work as I had no means of transportation, fired for no-call-no-show for “not calling the store”. Terrible management, terrible service, terrible food, terrible sanitation, and for whatever reason has a hard time following simple rules. Will not order from here again, and I suggest you don’t either.
Vegetarian options: Your food WILL get cross contaminated with meat.
Dietary restrictions: Don’t order here if maggots and ants aren’t a part of your diet.
Kid-friendliness: Employees are immature, and have some wild conversations in back of house.

With 6 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, it took 40 minutes to get to the window and receive my food, which I ordered on the app. Then, the food received was soggy and really pretty disgusting. The "crispy" taco was not even a bit crispy and fell apart. The burrito was just as soggy and didn't even stay together in the wrapper.

Their sign says BREAKFAST and they open at 9 am. Unfortunately, the server told us they don't sell breakfast at any of the locations owned by this owner/operator. Really?! Why haven't they changed their sign? Why open at breakfast time if you don't serve breakfast?

Twas terrible. First, the guy turned his back on me as i was looking for the checkin number on my phone; then the girl said i can only checkin at the drive through, meaning i have to drive my car around and give her my number,haha! Then after a looong wait, I asked if my order was ready. The 3rd guy apparently put my order on the shelf and said nothing! This place is horrible.

Horrible, I waited more than an hour for my food, the order was pickup, and it wasn't ready until I had to go in to ask, and the app already said it was ready, the worst thing was the mockery of the employees and manager. A disappointment, and by the way the order without extra sauces that I had paid for them

I've visited twice, in two weeks. I won't be back. The first time I had a black bean chalupa, it was tasty and fresh. The second time I had two spicy potato tacos. They were NOT fresh. The tortillas felt and tasted like they had been laying on the counter for a couple of days and the potatoes were kind of hard and dry. Not crispy, dry.
I gave one star for Atmosphere because on both occasions the tables were sticky to the touch, like they had been wiped down with a cloth soaked in Pepsi products rather than warm soapy water.
