I guess I should have read their reviews before I ordered. This is after I ate one of the tacos that look the same. Paid over $10 for two chicken tacos meal and this is the portion I got. You would think of your paying over $10 for a meal it'd be better than this. I guess this really shows the state of cutbacks at this restaurant to improve the profit. It's all shell on these tacos.

What happened to Taco Cabana?! I hadn't had Taco Cabana for years and passing through, decided to stop here. BIG mistake.

The quality of food was no better, actually worse than, packaged pre-cooked fajitas bought from the grocery store. Knowing this, I would have bought them at the Walmart next door, saved some money, and had a hot meal. I say that because, even after a 20 minute wait, the fajitas were room temp, sliced while cold and maybe they put them under a heat lamp while they served the beans and rice. And the raste was weird. (I hope they weren't bad 🤢)

Giving credit where due, the queso was good as were the tortillas. Both those actually served at the right temperature.

After stopping here, I left feeling robbed (and hungry).

Hit or miss here. Manager lady is a bit unfriendly and not very cordial with customers. Sometimes they are not generous with the meat on their tacos

Can I put Half a star? I never write a review to complain abt food. but I got a door dash delivery of nachos and it was disgusting I didn’t even finish it very disappointing. This place needs new employees , management or both.

I recently visited Store #20252 and ordered the Loaded Fries (STFJ) for $4.99 and the Mexican Pizza with Carne Asada for $5.99. My total with tax was $11.89.

While I want to compliment the kitchen staff on the flavor and preparation of the food, I was disappointed that both dishes were served only lukewarm. For quality and food safety, meals should be served hot and fresh, especially when dining in or immediately after ordering.

Additionally, I was informed by the cashier that the daily Senior Discount—previously a helpful 15% or 20%—has been discontinued and is now only available on Tuesdays only. This change is discouraging. The daily Senior Discount was a meaningful incentive for myself and many other seniors to visit Taco Cabana regularly. Limiting it to one day a week diminishes the value and welcoming environment TC was known for.

Unless the daily Senior Discount is reinstated, I will reconsider visiting Taco Cabana in the future, and I believe many other senior customers may feel the same.

Customer service was friendly. And the food servings were more than ample. That’s where anything good about this place stopped. The salsa bar was almost devoid of anything. We had to ask for serving cups. The mild salsa was bubbling/ fermented. The salsa ranch was old and tasted like it sat for a week. The bar itself was grungy. The tables had dried food on them. Yet the place was almost empty and there was adequate staff. There were no lids for our drinks. Had to ask for those, and they still didn’t restock them. They just gave us four lids. The fajita beef was super processed, like not meat at all. The tortillas were not fresh and like shelf tortillas from the grocery store. Men and women’s restrooms were horrendous and smelled like raw sewage. Sanitation and food safety were scary. Way over priced for food quality. I’ve never been anywhere that I would use the word ā€œgrossā€ and that’s an understatement here.

My husband ordered Fajitas, and they were cold he sent them back, and the guy in the kitchen took his plate. while taking it, he touched his food, had no gloves, and just tossed the same meat in a warmer and sent it back to my husband still cold. My husband just decided he didn't want to eat it

The young lady at the counter was nice
