Absolutely awful experience here, if I could give no stars I would. Arrived at the start of the second quarter of Texans game, saw the waitress a total of 3 times the entire time I was there. I ordered food, after an hour and a half I asked on a update, she came back 45 mins later and she took it upon herself to cancel my order because it wouldn’t be done until after the game. Great concept if they could run the business efficiently, you would think a place who is promoting for people to watch the game at their establishment would be prepared for people to actually do so.

The good: huge space inside with large outdoor area amd stage as well, drinks were made perfectly, staff was fantastic (all of them), lots of food options and everything was delicious, affordable and not overpriced, and the owners are the absolute best people you will ever meet.
The only bad:. The kitchen was absolutely not prepared for the crowd and it took close to two hours to get your food after ordering. To be fair, it was a Texans play off game and the place was packed, but it left many people pretty frustrated when the kitchen fell apart.
I definitely recommend stopping by and experiencing it for yourself. They always have something going on (live music, karaoke, events, etc.) and I am certain you will love the place!

My wife and I were regulars before the name changed. We just went today 1/18/26 the bar was empty and not a waitress in sight. 25 min. Just sitting there,I walked up to the empty bar and the bartender there looked right at my,left and didn't come back. Spent another 5 min hoping someone worked there that could at least tell us it was closed or something. Mind you it's 8:40pm not late at all.Dp me a favor if you're not gonna help why even open 🤷🤷🤷

We love this place for its amazing food and consistently great service. It was absolutely slammed today for the Texans game, so the service was a little slower than usual, but the staff handled the crowd incredibly well. The atmosphere was electric and the meal was well worth the wait. Even at their busiest, they still deliver a 5-star experience. We’ll be back!

So sad because we had never been here and I remember seeing it in way to woodlands from champions. Band was great and this could be the best bar in North Houston but service terrible.. food took forever … hot mess all the way around! Took over two hours to get food! Seriously! This could be an amazing place, great band, great football but service sucked!!! Bring your own drinks because you will never eat or get a drink here!

Very disappointed in the service, you would think this place would have enough hands on deck. Environment is as nice but everything else was awful. Cancelled my foot after nearing the 4th hour.

We had such high hopes for this place since it's out first time here since the remodel and change in ownership. They clearly weren't even close to ready for the crowd. It took 40 minutes to get drinks and we cancelled our food order after waiting over an hour. The server was telling other tables that food is 1 hour and 20 minutes minimum now. Crawfish smelled delicious but I didn't get to know how they tasted. Hope they get things pulled together in the future because it was a train wreck today.

She knew the menu well, made great recommendations, and checked on us just the right amount—never hovering, never disappearing. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out perfectly, and everything ran smoothly thanks to her professionalism and positive attitude.
What really stood out was her personality—friendly, upbeat, and clearly someone who takes pride in providing excellent service. Diamond turned a great meal into a memorable experience. Went for the crawfish with my family. 25min to order, $92 I ordered a bag and extra. I was immediately apprehensive by the fact that there were very very young people working the tent. When my order arrived I've never ever been so disappointed in quantities and quality. When I returned to the tent to ask I was met with disdain as if I insulted them. Orders from the kitchen got backed up to wait times of 40min. Servers had outside and inside tables which made them allusive. People keep trying to return but we are tired of being insulted.

My family and I come here at least once a week because the staff, food and atmosphere is incredible. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile! The pizza is absolutely amazing as well! Highly recommend Texas Hideout for dinner, date night, gatherings or just because!
