We reserved a table for 4 at 7 pm . All of the tables were full as well as the bar . Only one server/cocktail waitress was working the entire place . Took about 10 to 15 minutes to get a cocktail . Our order was placed wrong , and due to the lack of service we just kept what we were given . The food was average at best .. great ambience, but will not return .
Party of 2; sat at the bar; It was busy, but not crowded and the noise level was still low. Great place to grab a drink (and a Bird Bite if you like). I believe our bartender was Tyler (?) and he was personable and attentive. We had a great (2nd) time and will be back.
Nick made sure our experience was top notch. The food was so delish and the drinks were perfect. Service was fantastic. The place is cozy, lovely and fun. Can't wait to return for a special event evening. Highly recommend.
Amazing place! Amazing owners and staff! I was invited once, and brought friends back with me at at least 4-5 times.. even better, I've met new friends here! It's one of our new favorite date night spots for my hubby and I!
We had a lovely couples date night at the blind Finch. It's a really cool concept, really fun place with fantastic, out of the ordinary cocktails. Dress up a little... it adds to the experience. Also, make a reservation if you intend to go on a busy night.
We came in on a Tuesday night, asked how much it was for an ounce of octomore scotch and were told it was 34 and when we asked for the bill we were told there was a miscommunication and it was double the amount and was forced to pay it. We ended up paying for a tab that was way more than what we actually ordered.
Same thing happened to a couple next to us when they asked for a pour of the barrel bourbon and asked for the check and was charged a higher price.
We will not be coming ever again, the bartender Eileen just quickly apologized and turned us a cold shoulder.
Colt was training and was friendly and great but the way both bartenders didn’t communicate is a huge red flag.
If a bartender makes a mistake it isn’t the guests fault.

We were looking forward to this experience, I reserved a table for two a week in advance, give or take a day, to ensure we would have a good time. Upon arrive the decor and ambiance is great, the bouncer/ door man was great, he was so kind and patient. Unfortunately, it was pointless to reserve a table. We had to sit at the bar, which was almost impossible to get in and out of the chair due to them being so close and over crowded. Anytime the person next to me turned, the back of his chair would hit my arm. I was under the impression there was a dress code, one bartender was dressed nice, the other was in yoga pants and a tank top...? The gentleman who made our drinks was great. It was over all an extremely underwhelming and slightly disappointing experience..
We’ve been here several times, even held a private party a few years ago. Tonite we decide to pop in last minute. The doorman asked if we had a reservation (we did not) then told me (very rudely) I couldn’t go in with my hat on. ‘The only hats we allow are cowboy hats’. I’m taking medication that causes hair thinning and so I often wear a ball cap. Tonite was no exception- a simple navy cap from Tommy Bahama with a flamingo. No gang signs - nothing controversial unless you hate tropical birds?? There could have been a better way to talk to me about dress code - but when a silly policy is delivered by a rude doorman, you lost me. I won’t be back.
Luv going here for date night!!

When we arrived at 5:10 pm for our reservation for 4 we were told by the hostess/ waitress/bartender we had a reservation for 2. I showed her my app to prove we had reservations for 4. She was a bit frustrated, but finally seated us. Once we sat down, she told us we had a two hour limit to be there! I was shocked to hear that, but told her we would not be more than 2 hours. It took approximately twenty minutes to get our first drink., as there were only 2 people working! After finishing our drinks, we decided to order a second round. After approximately 30 minutes, my husband checked with our bartender to see if our drinks were ready...they had not even started working on on order....we closed out our tab and left. We had to apologize to our out of town guests for the unremarkable experience. We have been there before and did not have the same experience. It really was disappointing. I don't ever give bad reviews, but I was really shocked at what happened.

We enjoy coming here and have had no bad experiences. We try and bring new people whenever we can so this establishment will be around for a long time.
We had a reservation for 9:30 PM on Saturday. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and we were told our table was not ready. We were allowed to wait on the bench outside the bar, as it’s sitting room only. We waited 40 minutes until 10:00 PM and then gave up and left. At that point in time, there was 5 groups on the waiting list.
The man working the front door was kind and courteous. When we arrived, he told us that each table had a two hour window, but no one had left. He even mentioned that a party had been there since 6:30 PM. This rule didn’t seem to be enforced. At no point in time during the 40 minute wait did any staff approach the tables to kindly note the 2 hour window rule.
Obviously, we were really disappointed, especially since we made a reservation. We will not be returning.

Went on a Saturday night. Fantastic atmosphere. Band was really fun. Doorman was noticably pleasant and friendly. The food was ok. Only 2 items on the menu I could see that did not contain bread or something fried. Couldn't say if the bartenders were any good because the cocktails were awful. Presentation was lovely, but the flavor was 90% sour mix and the rest was simple syrup. Yuck. 1 star on the house drinks.

They should not post hours until 2am if they close at 12:30am and at the very least they can answer the phone and confirm their hours. We had to confirm w two other customers who also had to waste their time and money driving to the establishment. Heads up you never know when they are open or closed…Bad business practices.
