The Omega Grill is one of my favorite spots in The Woodlands area. The food is always fresh and full of flavor, and the portions are generous. The staff treats you like family every time you walk in, and the service is consistently quick and friendly. My top five favorites are the Omega Chicken, Brussel Sprouts, Meatloaf, Chili, and Burger—each one is cooked perfectly every time. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything I’ve tried has been excellent. It’s the kind of place you can count on for a great meal and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good food and good people.

Over priced for simple foods, loud atmosphere. The cream sauce for the shrimp and grits odd flavor. Only one bite taken. Idk, just didn't like anything about the place or food. I wish them the best 👌 will not go back.

I have eaten here 3 times. At every visit they were out of some item I ordered. 3 times. However, this last time I had ordered Banana pudding (yep thats how I roll), and was told they were out, I told the waitress my experience. The kitchen ended up making me pudding. That was awesome and unexpected. Food is good, service is good and the atmosphere is who you are with. That works for me.

This is such a delicious place to eat. We tried the wings, chicken club, and bacon cheeseburger. Despite the wings being listed as a starter, they were absolutely scrumptious. Both the chicken club and the burger were tender and flavorful. Don't leave without trying their banana pudding. Worth every bite.

Nice establishment with creative menu items. Check it out! Guess didn’t know! Omega Grill, Spring, TX: Pineapple Grilled Chicken Sandwich- Swiss cheese, peppered bacon, grilled pineapple, blueberry ghost pepper bravado hot sauce syrup, and fries. Delicious!

Jesus hair dude made us move from a booth after telling us we can sit anywhere. If we wanted to sit at a table and a chair, we would have chosen it. Awkwardly had us moved with embarrassment after sat down.

If you are looking for a hands down awesome place to eat, eat here! We love trying new places.. we stumbled across the omega grill and I am so happy we did! The food hands down top notch home cooked goodness! The food was hot, flavorful and FILLED our plates, the drinks were never empty. The workers were so sweet, attentive and happy. Which to me says a lot about the way a place is ran on the inside. The whole place was CLEAN, even the bathrooms. You can tell this place takes pride in what they do. Just wish I had pictures of the food for you, but we were so excited we just dug right in.
