Visited today late afternoon and had s wonderful meal. Food was delicious. Me notoriously adding salt/pepper/sauces to my liking to food when not seasoned enough and not having to do that here completely surprised me. The gumbo, chicken Piccata, blackened flounder, parmesan crusted flounder and drinks were great!

We had my niece's wedding dinner there, and the staff was lovely. They set us up even though we asked for a last minute reservation. The food was delicious, and the servers were attentive. I would definitely recommend the place. The ambiance is classy without being pretentious.

We have eaten at The Republic Grill before and had the special stuffed porkchops at the location in The Woodlands, where the dish was phenomenal. However, we were disappointed this time around. It arrived over done and tough, and the waiter was a little dismissive until we reiterated our comment and dis-satisfaction. The manager on duty was more open to make it right. The replacement, although not as sizeable as the former was much better.Parking: Spring location - satisfiable parking spaces

I highly recommend The Republic Grill to anyone who enjoys a good meal. The TRG Top Chop is my favorite but I can honestly say I haven't had a bad meal at The Republic Grill. They make an awesome Old Fashioned and the Martinis are excellent as well. The wait staff is always knowledgeable and attentive without being annoying while trying to enjoy the delicious food. I often bring my out of town guest here because I can always count on a consistently good experience and excellent meal with a good variety of options to make everyone happy.
This was my first time coming to Republic Grill and the food was amazing the service was on point and the ambiance was perfect. We will be coming this weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday.
