I had a wonderful time drinking tea with my mother. The Tea was absolutely amazing! The cheesecake was also absolutely amazing! And Kate did an amazing job as our server! She was very kind, friendly, and made me feel very welcome and understood! Overall this was a 10/10 experience! Thank you!!!

Went to Wizard tea experience. It was ok. But paying $55 for 3 and one was a child was not worth it. For what was giving as the food. Ican understand why they didn't get more people to attend. We reserved to do it but really didn't need to. Only 2 other family's where there.

My daughter and I loved the afternoon tea offering with special tiny sandwiches and tiny desserts. Such a treat to sample the many delicious goodies. My son in law loved the vegetarian offerings, this is his favorite new Spring lunch spot! We all three absolutely could not get enough of the house blend spiced tea. Thank you to our sweet and kind waitress ❤️

Attended the Wizards tea. Wonderful experience. They had us do a "potion" and had a sorting hat mini cupcake that revealed our house inside. Very creative w the food. Professor Kate/Austin stayed in character. She's so much fun. My absolute favorite Hufflepuff. Would definitely recommend and will come back for Christmas theme.
The tea was good (butterbeer and phoenix) pastries and sandwiches were delicious.
It was mostly empty in the walk in section when we came in lovely staff amazing tea and sandwiches. Come early the tables fill fast, it does take a little while to be served food if you order some, but the BLT and vegetarian empanadas are delicious and hot when we got them. We got the daydreamer tea it was amazing, are server Gaby was great very sweet and patient.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian empanadas i dont know about other things but the empanadas were good, nicely made and hot when we got them

The place has potencial, however I was a bit disappointed by the decoration since we got un-themed plates for our food that didn’t match our tea cups. The food was ok some hit and misses. a bit expensive for what u get but not the biggest issue tbh bc u pay for the experience as well. The biggest issue I had was mostly the service we felt un-welcomed n judged by some of waitresses. Shout out to Gabrielle tho who was the kindest of them all and gave us a good service! side note I understand that sometimes working in the food industry is stressful n it’s ok to have bad days but the way we were treated makes u want to turn away from wanting to go back.

They told them that you needed reservations and my mom asked if we could come back later in the day. They said no there’s no room for us I turned around and I called and I asked and they said we take walk-ins at 12:45 I said can I please put my name down for 1245 or seven of us? The girl took my name and I specifically asked again, we’re gonna be there at 12:45 with seven of us is that right? She said yes we will accommodate you. We showed up there at 12:45 and the girl specifically said I can’t find your reservation. I said I gave my name I called we don’t have room for you. I told you on the phone That we couldn’t help you which was a lie. I told her I specifically talk to you guys and I told you seven people I said I repeated that twice to you. She said I never heard seven. I said yes I specifically said she said no you did it which I did. My daughter-in-law were there with me and hurt me Asked him then you need to clean out your ears. How do you not understand? She says we’re all human and all she kept saying to me is we’re all human. We’re all human. I will never go back there. We used to go there all the time I will never go back they can not get their act together and the restaurant when we went was Half empty so tell me there was no room. as per the response from the owner first of all, I never came into the restaurant before I called. That was my mother that came in when I called. I specifically said there would be seven people. I was assured twice that you could accommodate seven people I even said to the person that answered the phone. It’s gonna be seven people at 12:45. Yes, we can accommodate you and when I came in. I never cursed or used to follow language with anybody I said clean your ears. I never said anything that was bad. All I got was they were very rude to me and my family , all the girl kept saying to me as I’m human I’m human I’m human so you are very mistaken. This post is going to stand and I will advise everybody not to come to your establishment because your lying and your staff is lying.

My little neice wanted a tea room experience for her birthday. Everyone had cute dishes and I was super excited. Then I found out for the cute dishes you need to book in advance. They were out of fairy water so they brought us a canned sprite. I put the flowers from my dish in the sprite to make it more fairy-like. I wish the website was more informative I might try again but reserving a table. Server wasn't very attentive

They changed their menu and the ingredients of some of the food on their menu. Ingredients on the actual sandwitch weren't listed on the menu. It had a curry spice and whatever that grass looking thing is. Might be chives but it tasted like grass. What was suppose to be a basic egg sandwitch was not.
