Good place for a variety of choices for breakfast. The shrimp and grits are the best.I understand times are changing. I always appreciate the energy of the atmosphere. You are always about having your customers served.
Had a breakfast lunch! Toasted Yolk is like a great local restaurant! They are always so friendly and fast! Ordered the Rocky Mountain Omelette with grits and a biscuit and the wife ordered the Build Your Own Omelette with ham and Swiss cheese. Both were excellent 4 egg omelettes. They are big enough that we were able to take half of each home for dinner later!
We had brunch at Toasted Yolk this past Saturday, and it’s a solid choice for a casual morning out. Two of us ordered the breakfast burrito, and I went with the biscuits with sausage and gravy—comfort food done right. We also split an order of the ricotta pancakes, and they were absolutely wonderful—light, fluffy, and just the right touch of sweetness.
