I order from this place all the time.Orange chicken, medium heat.It's always been wonderful. Yesterday I put my order in.It was delivered medium heat.I pack it away in my lunchbox to take to work. Take it out and heat.It take a bite.It is so hot my lips were burning.You could smell the heat coming off of it.Not temperature hot spice hot i figured it was an error order. Got mixed up.I work nights.I stayed up until the restaurant opened drove over to get it taken care of to see if they would correct it. Basically, there wasn't anything they were going to do about it.It was very disappointing with their customer service.I told them to throw their food away.It's so sad when you have a good restaurant.But poor customer service. I will not be returning. It's sad that it was a simple error i'm sure that was made and they couldn't correct it.

I ordered the yellow curry lunch special for delivery to my office today. It comes with a fried egg roll. Probably not the best idea to put the egg roll in the same container with curry as my egg roll had drowned. Food was very good though, and the lunch special portion is huge.

First time visiting here and the food was very good. I ordered the pad ka pow with chicken and I absolutely loved it. This is my favorite Thai dish and a lot of places don’t serve it for some reason. This place does so I was happy to order it. Waiter was nice and attentive. Restaurant was fairly busy with mostly to go orders and extremely backed up. We had to wait like 40 minutes for two dishes and that would be my only complaint.. I guess they were short staffed… maybe an odd day. I would go back and try again.

Stopped by here for lunch for the first time and let me tell you, this place was great, from the food, the service and the atmosphere. One of the best Thai Teas, Chicken satay and Thai fried rice I’ve ever had and Thai food is all I eat. I had the Thai hot spicy level and it was used with FRESH peppers which is the best, the waiter was attentive and made sure I was taken care of and the prices weren’t bad at all for a lunch entree, drink, and appetizer. They also had Mark Wiens playing on a tv which was entertaining considering he’s a large Thai food influencer. I will definitely be coming back ❤️

The soup I ordered was not spicy at all. There were 2 maybe 3 shrimp that were overcooked as well as the chicken. It left a lot to be desired. It was a disappointing experience. A good hot, spicy soup helps the helping process. This was a big fail. No spice whatsoever and I had added the extra spice that Inhad requested. If I hadn't eaten the soup, I'd request a refund. This was not worth the price I paid.At this time I am contemplating returning.

Literally waited 43 minutes for my food…. I asked them what was going on when 40 minutes had passed by and they blamed it on an inspection…. They seemed to not care or even offer a drink or something while waiting that long. You call in ahead to pick up ur food and u still wait that long. I’m sorry but terrible customer service.

I eat here almost weekly. I love the basil fried rice with beef. It has great flavor and level 2 spicy is a nice burn but you can still eat it. Also the lunch time egg role is delicious.

I don’t always give 10/10 but Tic Tac Thai in Spring, Tx has great service and even better food! I’ve literally travelled all over the world and have had Thai food from real locals and the flavors at Tic Tac Thai are very authentic. The food is always delivered piping hot which lets me know it’s made to order fresh. Usually a very quiet spot nice for intimate meetings. This time I had the chicken wings they came out really good and paired well with the sauce. The drunken noodle was very tasty and spicy but you can adjust spice levels I got medium which was a little spicy but not overpowering. My wife had the sesame chicken and white rice and I ate off her plate for at least 3 bites, that was really good! Highly recommend they have lunch specials too making this place pretty affordable during those hours 🔥
