For a small, humble place the food is really good and the service is great. I hope more people find this place and visit smaller establishments.

This is the best Japanese restaurant in Houston that I have ever eaten at. The sushi tastes just like the one I had in Osaka, Japan. It is very authentic. My favorite is the Houston roll, very fresh and delicious.

I ordered the Houston roll and when it came to the table I couldn't finish the meh vegetable tempura because the fish in the roll stank so bad. The smell was undeniable. To me, it is the worst sin a sushi place can make. At the very least, the fish should be fresh, with no discernable odor. That is Rule 1, people. C'mon. At least the server took if off the bill with no argument. Beware.

Came by for lunch with wife. We shared a chicken crunch roll, had spicy tonkatsu ramen, and the wife had a spicy miso ramen. All was yummy. And the atmosphere at the time was not packed and very quiet. I will come again and would recommend to others.

Dinner at this restaurant with my daughters was absolutely awesome! My youngest, who usually enjoys store-bought ramen, was thrilled to try a more delicious version here. Additionally, my older daughter loves sushi, and I personally enjoyed everything on the menu. It's fantastic to have found a spot so close to home that offers such a diverse and delicious menu. Everything we tried was excellent, and it made for a wonderful dining experience overall!
