I go to topgolf all the time with friend or clients and have never had problems. Today our server, Rolando, was super kind! He helped us choose drinks, recommended great food, and even taught us how to hold the club correctly (we kept missing the target). He made our experience outstanding and provided great service, an amazing attitude, and good food even though we came 2 hours before close and stayed until close. I am a fan of topgolf and service like this is what makes me wants to come even more often! Shout out to Rolando! We will be back soon!

My boyfriend and I came here on Friday night after 10pm to enjoy a quick hour of gameplay. We were greeted by the manager Christina, who walked us directly downstairs to our bay and turned the heaters on for us. She was incredibly kind and so accommodating to our requests. I would come back each week for her service, alone.

I want to say we this was the place to brings date and enjoy releasing my stress. But now the food sucks. Quality control on the food is a 2 out of 5. Why did you change the menu? The best nachos you got rid of. The wings for me and my 2 daughters all 3 of us had just stomach turning wings with bad sauce. My wife got the burger but the meat fell apart when she took a bite. I normally spend min150$ and with friends and family it’s about 375$. In a way your savings me money because you put a bad taste in my mouth with the service and food. Women don’t really like coming here but my wife would because of the food. But now I have to find something else to spend my money at. I work for ihop franchise. You know why they are taking hard losses and hoping to get back to what they used to make because the menu changes constantly and service sucks. So what makes you think you’ll get better? Corporate at this point should be fired. Or replace the old folks running it.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our son's 6th birthday there. Our server Cash made this event special as he made every effort to make our time there as special as possible. We reserved to 2 bays 215 and 216 For 2 hrs. Kudos to Cash for his attentiveness to our table. If it wasnt for him this review would have been a 1 star. My dissopointment comes from the rest of the crew there. For parents to spend $300 plus for 2 hours for their child's birthday and watch our waiter beg the other waiters to help him give our son a shout out is underwhelming. Every waiter nodded no to him even though they were standing around doing nothing. Even a (young lady with glasses) pink shirt said no to him and it is my understanding they are management of some sort. He asked people for about 5 mins walking around helplessly. It was a disappointing scene to say the least and see no effort from other Top Golf representatives. Nonetheless, Cash came out with full strength and did as loud and energetic shout out to my son. He even lied to excuse others not joining him and said they were busy. They were not. Thank you Cash for that. To Top Golf management, do better. Customers watch what goes on around and notice where their money goes and this will be the last time I spend my money at Top Golf. Parents, please take your children elsewhere for a birthday celebration. You'll spend less and you won't witness an underwhelming crew of workers. Chili's does more for a lot less!

We had a great experience at Topgolf Spring today, and Savannah truly made it memorable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive the entire time we were there. Even when we had to leave earlier than expected, she went out of her way to help us and made sure everything was handled smoothly. She never made us feel rushed and still kept the experience positive and enjoyable until the very end. Savannah’s professionalism and genuine care really stood out — she turned what could’ve been stressful into a great experience. Huge shoutout to her for excellent service!
