The service was horrible. Took a while to answer the intercom with no one in front of me. At the window, the young girl completely ignored me the entire time while she was chatting with other employees. Only one car behind me and even after the pulled up she still didn’t look my way. Finally she hands me my food and takes my payment and the damn machine asked me for a tip. A tip for what for ignoring me? The burger wasn’t great. The pickles were nasty and mushy. I bit into the burger and the pickles came out stringy. And I’m the type of person that love pickles. I can get better service at OMG! Burger for the same cost.

This was my first visit to Houston, TX and I had to try Trill burgers so glad I did!!! First the restaurant so clean always a plus (first impressions matter). The staff so friendly and welcoming. The OG combo..DELICIOUS!!! Definitely worth the title of America’s Best Burger!!!

The service was great! The burger was mediocre and small. The fries were over salted. I feel to spend $16 plus they wanted tip was too much. It reminded me of a sonic smasher and McDonald's Mcdouble combined.

Food is great although didn’t receive the sauce they charged me for, no straw, receipt, and half of all their sodas ran out. This place is also very expensive for what you get so I’d expect good service at a minimum for this price point
