Sat waiting for 10 mins for the kid working there today 02/14/26 @ 2pm exactly, to come back to the shop. He finally got back and told me he’d be right with me. I heard him knocking change into the register so I waited while sitting for him to do that. Then another kid runs up and they start talking like they are friends and catching up. I heard the kid that walked up say he didn’t have any money and the worker said “don’t worry, I got you”. Then the employee began to insult every drink the “friend” was asking him about. Needless to say, in so many insulting words…the employee does not recommend the Americana. I wait my turn like I was supposed to and was skipped over so he could make a free drink for his buddy while listening to everything that is wrong with the drink on the menu. What a joke. Sad to have to write this since I am a regular who gets their peanut butter drink frequently. What a slide down hill professionalism and customer service. Ended up walking away with no coffee for my son and I.

I really like trilogy for coffee in the spring area but today’s visit was extremely disappointing. Our barista (girl with the microbangs) stopped in the middle of us ordering to answer her text and continued texting while we silently watched her ignore us for a good 2 minutes. She proceeds to go oh anything else. I guess being preoccupied while people are trying to order is the reason why our drink was wrong. When asked for a remake to the right size that was ordered the second barista gave attitude as well. I’ll still be coming back but sucks that a visit can be ruined by people who don’t care about how they treat customers!

My friend and I came here for the first time, and it was so good. The barista was unbelievably nice, like shockingly nice, and the service was amazing. The place itself is adorable, and someone was playing the piano while we were there, which totally made the experience. Warm, cozy, peaceful vibes all around.

This is a great spot! I ordered a cookie butter latte and bought some bags of coffee. The staff was very friendly and I loved the shop. The location is also great, right by tons of cute little shops.
