This was my 1st time at Trilogy Brew. I had a vanilla latte and a banana nut muffin. I would absolutely recommend both! The coffee was very flavorful and delicious! The muffin was a great addition to have with coffee. I will definitely be back. Thanks for such a great experience.

The open mic night every Thursday at 8 is great. Mostly musicians, with a comic or poet sprinkled in occasionally. 15 minutes arts, though, for all you aspiring artists who want free stage time. Nice atmosphere, too, and usually good crowds.

My now husband and I found this place when we were looking for somewhere casual near Spring to host our rehearsal dinner of about 40 people. We catered tacos and Trilogy Brew provided all the drinks and a cheesecake as well. The drinks were amazing and the cheesecake was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The games and the different seating arrangements fit our group perfectly. Everyone had such a fun time, and I’d highly recommend checking this place...
