I absolutely adore Trilogy Brew, I’ve been to the location in Old Town Spring a few times. I decided to try their matcha today inside of the HEB location and I was honestly a little disappointed. I ordered a large iced matcha with lavender and vanilla, the matcha wasn’t presweeted but the barista informed me they usually use vanilla. I asked if I could do equal parts of the vanilla and lavender. Presumably the owner or manager came up and helped during my transaction as well. Everyone was really nice and helpful but to pay almost $11 for an iced matcha I was slightly disappointed by the flavor and price point. I love their coffee so maybe their matcha just isn’t for me. As always everyone was friendly and helpful nonetheless.

I went in tonight and asked the barista to make me something iced and sweet! Boyyy did they deliver! I ended up with an iced white mocha with lavender and a touch of vanilla 😮💨🤤 it’s amazing!

Trilogy Brew is the best coffee shop in the area! The staff provides outstanding customer service, and I love that they offer something refreshingly different from corporate coffee shops. Their espresso tastes so much better than the typical brews you’d get at Starbucks, Dunkin’, or McDonald's.
We waited over 30 minutes for our coffee with just 4 people in the place.When my daughter asked about it the girl behind the counter stared at her and said Ih sorry, we forgot to make it. When we did get it her iced chi coffee was , well we don’t know what it was.

The barista was super sweet and awesome. I don’t remember her name but her personality shined.
She offered me a sample - delicious!
She also offered her seasonal choices on their coffees and I chose the iced pumpkin pie. Was so so good!
Every time I come to HEB now I will make a stop here

The girl today 8/2/23 at 350pm made me the best iced coffee with oat milk. I gave up sugary coffee drinks so stuck drinking these and wow this coffee is amazing compared to the expresso at Starbucks. Sorry I didn’t catch her name but giving her a high 5. You made my day
