First time coming here to the H‑E‑B at Riley Fuzzel and I was very happy!
The barista was super sweet and awesome. I don’t remember her name but her personality shined.
She offered me a sample - delicious!
She also offered her seasonal choices on their coffees and I chose the iced pumpkin pie. Was so so good!

In the area to try corkscrew BBQ and decided to stop by here afterwards to sip on something on our way back into town, Such a cute spot! Got greeted as soon as we walked in by the lady at the register, she was super nice. Place was very clean and organized! I got a double espresso with oat milk, and it was perfect. My husband got a cold brew, now his tasted like old coffee to me, he didn't like it. He couldn't pin point why but mine was great lol I also got a cookie cookie was 7/10

The girl today 8/2/23 at 350pm made me the best iced coffee with oat milk. I gave up sugary coffee drinks so stuck drinking these and wow this coffee is amazing compared to the expresso at Starbucks. Sorry I didn’t catch her name but giving her a high 5. You made my day

I came here on Wednesday 3/8/23 and would definitely recommend this coffee shop. I'm fairly new to the area and had been looking for a coffee shop that resembles some back in my hometown in Austin & ran across this gem downtown Spring! So happy after finding Triology Brew. I came pretty early and was the only person there for a while, but as the day went on, you can tell they have a lot of regulars that come here. The service was great and the barista I had was Nate - he was super cool & informed me about "Workday Wednesdays" (I think is what he said) but it's the days where you get free coffee refills if working hours on end at the shop. I also ordered a caramel vanilla latte and a banana nut muffin (warmed) - 10/10. The ambiance has a cool vibe, spacious, a stage (they do Open Mic Night), a piano, old school arcade machine games, light music & a fairly quiet place to get work done or meet up over coffee. They also have some patio seating as well outside. This will definitely be my new coffee shop that I regularly visit.

i love their ghost tour i caught a picture of the skeleton of the judge of old town spring in the window of his old home. that was so scary and cool! 10/10 would recommend it was so cool to learn the history of old town spring!!
