I have gone here a few times and always have a pleasant experience. The place looks clean. Last time I asked for a new flavor suggestion and Leo recommended some and was very nice and patient while I made my decision.

Amazing service and smoothie was great!

Never tried this place before and would try again because the smoothie I got tasted pretty good. Also the Quesadillas they have taste pretty good too. I went when they first opened and the owners were very welcoming and nice people. I would definitely come to this location again!

Great location - and fast service. My favorite from the menu is an Acia bowl. If I’m hungry, I get the Santa Fe chicken ‘dilla which has 33 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber, which is amazing for fast service food and helps me stay on my protein goal. Overall great experience here.

The food and the smoothies are good here. I tired the chicken quesadillas, Açaí berry boost smoothie, and the Açaí breakfast bowl and I really liked it. Would definitely come here again!

I was looking for a healthy smoothie when I happened upon Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I walked in and stood alone and unacknowledged for a good five minutes before the young lady behind the counter acknowledged my presence. In the middle of a workday, I don’t have that kind of time to wait around - so I left.

My co-worker treated me to the Acai bowl at it was sooooo delicious. Before the end of my shift I downloaded the app and picked up an Acai bowl and PB Protein Crunch for my sons and they loved it!!! I will definitely be back!!!!

I have been trying to get a refund on an order I accidentally placed on 8/3/24 I called within seconds that the order was placed to cancel since it was the wrong location the lady on the phone stated she had canceled it and would give me a refund. A whole week passed so I called to let them know I have yet to receive it, anyways to make the story short I have been calling about 10+ times to get this taken care of in a span of a month it is now 9/12. I have talked to several employees that said they would pass the message I even called back at a later time when one of the employee said he was really busy and if I could call back later, eventually I finally got in contact with the manager several weeks later and told he had fixed it
. It is 9/12 and I have yet to receive it, at this point the stress isn’t even worth the $11.14. I’m just upset at all the time wasted for a simple refund on food I didn’t even get.
