My husband and I just left this restaurant We’ve eaten here many times but will not be coming back. Today when my husband checked out they added a $2 charge to each of our meals above the menu price. They stated it was because they had bought higher quality ingredients. Well that isn’t true. Meat was tougher and we received less of everything.
We have eaten here many times. Typically get the same soup. However today when we checked out at the counter we were told that due to the fact that they had gotten higher quality products each of our meals would be $2 higher than what was quoted in the menu. We won’t be coming back again. The food was not of higher quality. We received Less food than before and the tables weren’t stocked with silver ware or spoons.
The girl who works here service is top notch love the food 10/10 would recommend

One of the most authentic Pho I’ve had in Texas. Their Pho is a must have for your first visit, but next time you should also try their shaken beef or the chicken wings. Service was lovely, too.

Ive been going here for a few years and service is so here and there, especially the lies about wait time for a to-go order to be ready. Yesterday was my last straw though. I called in my order and specifically said no peanuts because I’m anaphylactic to them. I could quite literally DIE. They added it on my plate anyhow. I really should have known by the attitude the guy had over the phone, that my order would be wrong even though he read it back how I ordered it. I ultimately had to throw away my order. If you don’t want to take special requests like this seriously, close the restaurant down! It’s beyond disturbing that not only we have to put up with rude attitude for no reason, but also, you could have killed me had I not noticed.

This is literally the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review. I'm here to talk about the phō specifically. It's hands down the BEST I've ever had anywhere and I'm a phō fanatic!! It's all about the broth and they NAILED it here. Delicious on its own. Decided to try a new place by our house that just opened up and I threw it away because it was like brown water.
#codebrown. Do yourself a favor. Visit this gem ASAP and often! I'm sure the other food items are good as well, because the phō is made with some serious love ❤️

I can in to place an order to go for a sandwich and spring rolls to go. The young man up from said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. Came back 25 minutes later and the young man informed me he never sent to order back so my food was never prepared. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my food. So disappointment. Unsure if I will ever come back.

My wife and I decided to stop in for dinner before a movie. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We waited 40 minutes for our food, only to notice that guests who arrived after us had already been served. When we asked our server about the delay, the response was that the kitchen was still “working on it” and no clear explanation was provided.
At that point, we decided to leave and just paid for our drinks. While checking out, the server mentioned that the restaurant is under new management with a new chef who “doesn’t know what he’s doing,” despite there being several staff in the kitchen.
While I understand transitions can be difficult for a restaurant, communication, organization, and customer service are key—and this visit fell short in all areas.
We ended up going to the Chick-fil-A next door and received our food in less than five minutes. For now, I would recommend Chick-fil-A until this restaurant gets its operations in order.

Took over 45mins to gett food
I have been going to TT pho for almost 7 years now on a consistent basis. The food has always been excellent and has no comparison in the area.
I attended university up in Huntsville for 4 years and the food was so good at the restaurant; that I had to make it down at least twice a month to eat with family or introduce a new friend to pho. I now go about once a week with my partner because we both just love it so much.
Recently the management has changed. I appreciate that the new management went out of their way to ask long time customers how they felt about the food; if they were staying consistent with the quality of service and food at the restaurant. It shows that they care about the community that surrounded the restaurant before they arrived.
I will continue to be a patron for as long as the restaurant is open. I highly encourage anybody who has not tried pho in general, or just TT pho specifically to go in and support the local business that employs the most friendly high school and college students from the area.

Food is good, though when you ask for something to be removed, it’s not. Service was just ok, if your more than 4, expect a 15% gratuity added, then they ask for another tip. Need to speed up service especially with drinks.
