Went to the location in Porter, TX. First off the young man at the front counter was very nice and friendly. I ordered the 1/4 pound burger and then waited a while for our food to arrive, I’m not even exaggerating the burger was smaller than a McDonald’s kids meal. The top bun was also burnt, I asked the employee if I could get my food remade he told me that “Uncle Tony” said no. Not one time did the owner even acknowledge me that I had a problem with my visit. Amazing! Absolutely Amazing!
The woman serving me was rude from the first moment I encountered her. She had only one other customer at the time (early Saturday afternoon at Deacon Baldy’s) and acted irritated to take my order for a cheeseburger without pickles. When we got my burger, it was slathered in mushrooms (which I never eat on burgers) and insisted to my husband that I had specifically asked for mushrooms.
