I went here for my boyfriend to get a chicken sandwich. I hate they don't allow you to buy the queso separate as a side. Had to get plain American cheese on his sandwich bummer. It was an ok chicken sandwich doe for the price. I think their fries are the star of the meal in my opinion.

Food is great but service can be pretty slow especially for pick up since it's all in one line. If a couple people are in front of you expect to wait a few min, otherwise no complaints :)

My experience today at Urban Bird was a 5/5. I got greeted with amazing customer service as well delicious food. The wait was definitely worth it, everything was fresh and carefully prepared. I 100% recommend this place, and will for sure return for more delicious food.
