I've tried to order on Doordash twice and they canceled my order both times with no explanation. Maybe you shouldn't be on there if you won't fill orders.

The food is delicious and fresh! My boyfriend loves octopus so he was so excited to try this place! He got 2 orders of the mixed ceviche and destroyed it. I order their current special which was the ribeye aguachile and they cooked the steak just to my liking. We definitely will be coming back when in the mood for ceviche

Guess it’s ok. Didn’t like the flavor. Customer service was meh. We got two different flavors both were not impressive. The fish tasted fine just didn’t like how they prepared, spiced and sauced the ceviches. I did get a fired plate and that was pretty good. I will not be returning. Not sure if they make the agua frescas fresh, got the cucumber and it was foamy. Wouldn’t recommend them but wouldn’t detract anybody from going.
The food is omg amazing ? and a huge plus the customer service is amazing!! Went here last week and I will definitely be coming back here!

This was my first time ordering food from this place. My order details said the order should be ready by 11:50-11:55 I arrived there at 12:00 and the place was empty… The lady at the front desk told me my food wasn’t ready yet so I waited patiently. It took them 20 minutes to finish the order on top of 40 minutes they already had after I placed the order. I understand waiting 5 to even 10 minutes max because they are busy or something but that place was dead empty. Once they gave me my order I thanked them 3 times while they did not even speak a single word to me. Not even a “sorry for the wait, thank you, nothing” these two ladies were just staring at me when handing me the food. I don’t think they have ever heard of customer service. It doesn’t matter if you order ahead of time they will still waste your time and still be rude about it. The food doesn’t taste good at all and on top of everything they forget to add things you requested like jalapeños, nacho cheese, etc. Tip: Be more mindful of clients that order ahead of time because they only have 30 minutes for lunch and do not waste their time and make them be late on their way back to work. Do better.

Could have driven to the #1 location and back by the time they took to prepare my order. One order ahead of me and 40 minutes plus. Out of many items too including diablo sauce. Won’t return to this location. Edit: got home and they forgot to put serrano peppers on the order.
