Everything about this place is terrible. They messed up my order and I was there for almost 40 minutes. So they gave me FROZEN Pho!!! Told me to microwave it. So it's not fresh all. Taste like garbage as well. The place is filled with smoke and grease fat from the grill. There are way better places to get Pho but not my trash can, which is where this food went.

Have been going here for a long time. The last time was terrible. Beef and broccoli was so tough had trouble chewing. Fried rice was not good at all. I will try Banh mi again. But that is all.

Have ordered from this place before and been pleased. However I think they need to have the place fumigated or bombed or something. Ordered some takeout for lunch today. Got back to work and opened it up only to find dead gnats or bugs of some sort inside my to go container. I will say it again! Attention to detail! Will not be ordering from them ever again. Thank goodness I caught this before I bit into my sandwich. Ended up throwing the whole thing in the trash.
I go here quite often and the older gentleman is awesome. The portions are good, spring rolls are huge. My issue with this visit is I called for a pick up . I was told 10-15 minutes. I showed up 25 minutes later and my order wasn't even in the system . I only get a 30 minute break and try to plan for that. I stood there an extra 15 minutes as he had to ring up my order and then the cook had to come up and verify what he put in , which wasn't correct . What's causing me to write this review is I am already upset about waiting a total of 40 minutes for just noodles and broth (I order no meat) and spring rolls, I didn't get to eat on my break AND they called me 5 minutes after leaving and told me I didn't pay!!! When I explained my order the lady apologized and said it was a mistake on their end but COME ON ! Sadly I don't think I'll be going back . The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

We’ve been coming here for the last few years and have to say that they do have the best pork Bahn Mi sandwiches and Won ton soup around! Just wish it was closer and in a better neighborhood.
