this location has gone downhill recently. the last two times that i have come to this location, I have had to walk out after waiting over 30 minutes without even getting to order a drink. And the place was not that busy either time, with multiple open tables/seats.

I understand that when you go to a Waffle House, you will have a certain lowered expectation. I get that. The food was mostly ok... I love Waffle House. We went to the Kuykendahl location as it's always wonderful but they had three separate ceiling leaks and had very little places to accommodate three people, so we left for this location. However, my main complaint is the waffle I received. They used a completely different non waffle House waffle maker and it was just the middle, no round circle. It was also ordered well and was definitely not well. My husband however received a complete round waffle on a typical waffle House waffle maker, well done. Also, the bathroom wall is covered in boogers. COVERED. 🤢

Absolutely horrible experience at Waffle House. The server had a terrible attitude and clearly did not want to be there. She completely forgot to bring our coffee and didn’t even give us syrup for the waffles — at WAFFLE House! When we politely mentioned it, she acted like we were bothering her. It’s clear this location is hiring people who have no interest in providing decent customer service. If you don’t want to work, stay home — don’t ruin people’s dining experience. Management needs to seriously reevaluate who they’re putting on the floor because this kind of service is driving the place into the ground. I will NOT be returning.

Stopped in late night last weekend. The two gentlemen running the front seemed to enjoy working together and they provided great service. The gentleman on the grill put in work on those pork chops, they were perfect, and the hash browns were nice and crispy. The young gentleman that served the table was courteous and professional, making sure we had everything we wanted for our entire visit. The entire place was clean & the kitchen area was very organized. Great team working here. Thanks again.

One single waitress cared , cooks/manager seemed to ignore/pacify the one who actually tried . Wish the waitress that helped got my whole tip. Unlikely. Tipped so they gave a care but not only, paid for extras that were not included. Ripped off . Appreciate waitress efforts & got out of there . Got home to disappointment. Heading back for partial refund .
