Disappointed
Basic hamburger was too spicy but was large Onion rings
were stringy not good very nosiy waitress was very good but it took a long time to get a beer

Had Veterans Parking which was nice BUTT no Veteran’s discount

Conroe location is much better

The restaurant was nice and clean however the food was subpar. I ordered crawfish étouffée and the rice was underdone and the roux was thin. They offered to remake the food but I didn’t want it anymore as my family was already eating. You can’t cook another batch of rice that fast. My husband and I just shared his food. Most of the food was salty but lacked depth which is atypical of Cajun/Creole food. I get this is a sports bar but I still expect decent food.

Excellent service from both Kenzie and Olivia. You can tell all the staff here have fun working together which makes it an enjoyable experience. Came in for dessert on a rainy night.. both the cookie sundae and the doughnut bread pudding were amazing.

Update 2: It’s been 11 days since I completed the contact form (for the second time). No one has reached out to me. I really just want someone to acknowledge what a huge error it is to give the wrong dish when allergies can be involved. Still not sure what that dish was we received, other than it was a a watery thin with crawfish in it. I saved a screenshot of my contact form submission this time if it’s needed.

Update: It’s been two weeks since I filled out the contact form but no one from Walk-Ons has reached out to me. Disappointing. You’d think allergies would be taken seriously.

Ordered curbside to-go on 11/07/24, my husband substituted his side for the chicken/sausage gumbo. When we get home, he opens his gumbo container and smelled it realizing it’s some sort of thin liquid with crawfish in it. He cannot eat shellfish so thank goodness he didn’t try it.
I’m not even sure what we received - there is no crawfish soup on the menu. Highly disappointed, Walk-Ons needs to do a better job of checking what’s been ordered, especially since they have shellfish on the menu. To top it off, this was after waiting more than 10 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready for pick up.
