I was hit by a roll of grocery carts while trying to get into a scooter. The kids pushing the carts in shoved them from the outside and they came crashing into me. They did not apologize nor did they want to file an incident report. I had to insist on a manager. Finally the manager came out and finally started the incident report. After about 45 minutes of filling it out on his tablet he said I would get an email with all of the info, but I did not get an email. I am 3 weeks out of surgery and this is why I needed a scooter and now I'm bruised from my arm and my ribs and leg hurt as well from the impact. The people here are not trained properly and have no manners and now I find out are liars too since I never got the email with my incident information.

DO NOT order online with in store pickup of groceries during this COVID!!!!! It's a nightmare. First you chose a time and day for pick up and when you get there it's a mad house. I waited 45 minutes in a traffic line before being able to go into a pick stall. I checked in via the app on my phone 25 minutes later a teenager with a wipe board came out asking everyone's names. When I gave mine the kid goes yea I saw your name back there I'll be right back. 15 to 20 minutes later another kid came and asked again for our names and wrote it on a wipe board. Then the kid comes back out 10 minutes later and told me my order hadn't even been picked yet so rather then me waiting however long I should go home and come back early in the morning to get my order. So I left hot and frustrated but it was fine. As I was leaving there were 30 or 40 cars now backed up waiting for pick up orders.Once home I was checking my email and I had received a "Thank you for Shopping Walmart" in it it stated I had picked up my order. Well that was concerning since my card had also already been charged as well for food I didn't get. So I called Corporate Customer Service the lady was surprised by all this, wrote a incident report to be sent to a Supervisor, and I would be contacted in the morning if I wasn't I should call them before going back to see about my order. By almost noon no call came so I called again. I was then told it would take 3 to 4 days for a investigation he then told me he would contact the store to see if they would redo the order. He got no answer and I was told not to bother going to pick up my groceries. So I said ok fine I want the charges refunded because I can't wait 2 days and not to mention there were a few items out of stock and I was still being charged the full amount. I also asked didn't they need a signature of something to pick up. I was told no I just need to show my id and order number. So now confused how they are gonna prove or disapprove I didn't receive my order. So yes this is a nightmare and I will not repeat the same mistake. So please order at your own risk!The whole situation is a nightmare

WORST customer service EVER , I ordered online for an in store pick up for a pool and I called for a whole week straight to see if it was there cause no one answered the phone the online system are down & im still currently trying to get a hold of someone before I make the drive to the one I had to order it at !!! IM HIGHLY PISSED TF OFF !

terrible. workers here are very disrespectful. there was no kimchi. very uncultured. now i have to go to h-e-b. h-e-b is better than walmart because walmart is ghetto. where is my kimchi. i am very outraged by this action. give us the korean food we deserve. i want justice. in the first amendment it clearly states that all americans have a freedom of speech so don't even come over here and try to sue me. i am never going to walmart again unless my mom makes me. of which we will buy ramen. which is always out of stock. s.m.h #justiceforjoonjinhobijiminjungkooktaehyungsuga #yalldontlikekoreanpeople

This is the only Walmart I go to, because the rest are gross. It's Houston. Everywhere is gross. There is always parking close to the doors, and the self checkout is always working. I've never had any of the staff be rude to me, mainly bc I stay out of their way and don't ask questions! Everything you need to find is up on the aisle sign, or on the app it tells you the specific aisle location of whatever product you may need. The people who give bad reviews at Walmart seem to not go outside into the real world. Go in, get what you need, get out. If customer service sucks? Doesn't it at every single Walmart on earth? Lmao

Horrible, customer service . From the beginning my cashier had an attitude but The cashier gave me the wrong amount of change back and after politely asking her why was it so little she was rude . We got a supervisor to check and she was no help at the end they realized she owed me 26 dollars ! Both just stared at me and didn't bother to apologize!

I went in to return an online order. The soda being sold on walmart.com was diet rite. On the website it said 2 groups on 12 packs. The cost was $21 ea group totaling $42. When I got it the ship was 2 twelve can boxes (normally $3.33 ea). The cost was $42 for the 2 twelve packs. Ridiculous! I went to this Walmart supercenter to return Upon arriving, the greeter at door was gossiping with another Walmart worker, finally she took a breath enough to tell me I need a return sticker. She kept gossiping until I said I want my sticker, finally she wrote it. Poor impression! Then I get to return desk, after a half an hour they were trying to get the printer for a label to work. Never did, so I left without returning the soda. This store is poor, where are the managers to check on what's going on there? I'll never be back idiots in charge there.

customer service is horrible. they never answer the phone and when they do the only girl doesn't know anything about walmart so she redirects you then nobody answers. she also hangs up when she can't reach anybody through phone.

There is an overbearing loud mouth Indian/Pakistani woman there who has not met a clove of garlic she didn't love. Someone please introduce this woman to the toothpaste aisle. The employees at this Walmart are ignorant. They have no idea what they are doing and I have not heard one of them speak English correctly, with possibly one exception. The door greeter seems to have actually paid attention in grammar school.
