Placed a mobile order yesterday (August 29) at 12:30, 30 minutes before close. Maps as well as the app advertised open hours til 1am. The order placed and I paid with no warnings about closing. When I get to the drive thru all lights are on but no one at the speaker. I pull up to the window and see the frosty machine draining. The employee (a woman on shift) literally goes directly to the back of the kitchen when she sees us in the window. Does not come out despite seeing us. Another employee is sitting at the table in the front with his hat pulled down over his face watching us and doing something on his phone. I was hoping if some things were already clean we could get part of the order and the rest cancelled or if nothing was available I could atleast cancel the order. Instead I was literally ignored. I called my bank to dispute and cancel the order because the employees decided to ignore me and atleast say they decided to clean and close early. Appalled by the service, clear to me how much the workers on shift cared to serve anyone.

100% the worst Wendy's on the planet. Bad service, can't follow simple instructions. My dog really enjoyed but he eats gross stuff all the time.

Ordered a cheese baked potato on the app. Not modified, literally the item in the menu. This is not the first time they add bacon which was not added to the order. I tried to call the location, no answer! Tried to call customer service and they are only open m-f. Not sure who needs to be trained on the menu but this is a huge inconvenience.

I have been coming to this Wendy's for several years. The customer service in this Wendy's is outstanding and understandable. Based my years of coming to visit this Wendy's they always have a great atmosphere, great quality of food, dinning room is always very clean, and friendly staff. The accuracy of the order being taken is always great! The quality of the food as I have previous mentioned is always top notch. The fries always have a great taste and produce fresh. I understand the pricing can be a little high, but if I asked for what kind of deals Wendy's has, the employee attending me would always have great recommendations. Overall, it was great experience coming to this Wendy's for the past four years. I recommend this Wendy's to anyone who wants a good juicy burger and crispy fresh fries.

I walked into Wendy’s for a water because I rollerblade in the parking lot around Wendy’s and I get thirsty. I’ve gone in there before and they’ve seen me rollerblading. I’ve never gotten anything other than water because I respect rules. I went in there today, March 10 at around 4:50 in the afternoon I asked for a water and not only did. I get stared down at the register before I even got to ask for a water, but then the workers proceeded to stare at me and profile me the whole time I was getting water. once I showed them I was getting water which I have always done. They proceeded to continue staring at me even though I acknowledge them staring at me. I no longer want to go back because not only did that make me uncomfortable, but as a mixed child that made me feel very singled out. Outright disrespectful

Drive through person would not take our order as they did not know English! They could not speak any english and was yelling at us in spanish even though I tried to use the translator app to order! Im sick and have flu and on budget just wanted food for my family. They also dont answer the phone!! Stop hiring LAZY people and people who dont speak English! Get someone who is bilingual! Could not even order or get food!
