Manager throws food on me and my new car in drive thru! No apology.In October 2023 I went through the drive thru and an employee was so demonstrably rude that I felt like I had no choice put to file a complaint. The employee denied my request to speak to a manager, it turns out she was the manager. I contacted Wendy’s customer support to file an official complaint. They said they would take care of it. On December 28, 2023 I ordered food at the drive thru at the same location. There was a problem with my order when I got home so I called the location and I was told to return the food and they would remake it. When I went to the location the inside was closed so I went back through the drive thru. The same manager I made a complaint on in October came to the window, we recognized each other, when I gave her the food she threw the food at me and got food all over the interior of my new car! Not knowing what to do I called the police to the location. Once they arrived I had a cordial conversation with the Sheriffs Deputy. We both realized they couldn’t help me. I explained that I would simply file another complaint with Wendy’s. A different deputy came outside very angry and told me I was trespassed, without asking me any questions so I left right away. I filed another complaint with customer support and they assured me a district manager would contact me. That didn’t happen. I had to follow up two more times to speak to someone. That person was not aware of either of the complaints or the circumstances. She assured me someone from the stores leadership would contact me. They did not! I reached out again on February 2, 2024. Finally I was transferred to Rebecca. Rebecca was not a manger as promised. She represented Haza foods. She took my statement, requested pictures from the food thrown in my car and of the manger that did it,! I sent those pictures. I followed up with Rebecca on February 29, 2024 because she hadn’t responded to the email or called me back as promised. She told me that she referred the issue to her manager. Rebecca was short with me and told me I was still trespassed from that Wendy’s location. I asked for her manager’s contact information. I left several voicemails for Roger Adams, regional director. He never returned my calls. On March 18, 2024, more than 5 months since the first incident and almost 3 months since the second incident I had to call customer care again because there had been no resolution. Shortly after that call, I received a call from a private number from Roger Adams! Roger was hostile, condescending, and disrespectful to me for no apparent reason. I tried to explain what happened and how there has been no resolution thus far. He wasn’t interested and continued to be confrontational. I told him I was going to just contact customer support again about his behavior and I hung up the call. He called me right back pretending that the call dropped. I assured him it did not. I scolded him for his response to a situation where one of his managers threw food on me and no one has even apologized, provided a refund, and I am the one trespassed.

Disgusting!!!! I’ve tried this Wendy’s 3 times because it’s close to my house and it’s been a while some the last time I had it. Today 02/17/24 I tried it again just because I’ve been wanting Wendy’s. And my chicken on the chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way through. Thank God I didn’t let my son have a bite of it. They need to shut this Wendy’s down and put an In n out or something else. DISGUSTING! NEVER AGAIN ‼️

Horrible drive thru experience. The female that took our order was rude, totally uncalled for tone; we ordered the combo displayed- Ghost pepper Ranch chicken meal. This meal indicated spicy chicken, ghost pepper seasonings, ghost pepper sauce, layers of onions and I believe pepper Jack cheese. The lady asked- spicy or regular? Husband says , the way it comes please ( mind you it says spicy) she repeats herself again- spicy or regular. He replies spicy. The young man at the window was kind and friendly. You know how it goes, you get home, excited to get down on some grub and low and behold; you got it, his sandwich was nothing like he had ordered and honestly he couldn't even taste if the chicken was spicy ‍. Maybe inside the establishment is better but this is our 2nd time doing the drive thru and sadly both times were horrible customer service, fries were cooked in old grease( not this time) and/or order disappointment. I gave this 2 stars merely because my food was great and the young man who gave us our food was chipper and appreciated us as customers unlike the lady who took our order.

This is a nice Wendy's. The remodel and lack of customers make it an enjoyable place for my family to sit and eat. I've never seen anyone else eat inside. They only mess up my order, which is nice because the last Wendy's use to mess up with stunning efficiency of 90%. For fast food it is ALLright.

Jeremiah should be promoted. Or come work for me.I was thoroughly impressed with Jeremiah and how he handled the new cashier and handled my order period he made sure I got everything as I ordered but it was just the way handled it and a very calm demeanor that made the cashier feel in my opinion, good about herself even though there was a couple mistakes. That is a crew person handling hiccups as a manager.

THE STORE IS AMAZING NOW EVERYONE THAT HATES ON WENDYS COME ON SATURDAYS NEVER ON FRIDAYS THE FOOD IS NOT BEST AT FRIDAYS THE OIL IS A WEEK OLD WE CHANGE THE OIL ONCE A WEEK STARTING SATURDAY SO IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD TO BE GOOD AND HOT AND FRESH. Absolutely HORRIFIC! Last month I got food from yall...there was green mold on my spicey chicken sandwich...had to take food back...got our money back. Tried it again tonight....nobody speaks any English in the place...at all....they were rude...and the food again was horrible...my bread is hard as a rock...cold...no Frostys ever!! What is going on with this establishment? Will not be returning.

Wendy's got pretty good fries if they're fresh. Mine were. Burgers aren't bad either. Crisp, fresh tasting veggies on my burger. Blows McDonalds out of the water. But then again, a flip flop with bbq sauce on it is better than McDonalds. Gimme Whata-b, The king and the Ginger anyday over the clown.

They were nice and the dining room was open! Unlike the 2920/Kuykendahl location who are afraid the Covid Monster will get them after 7pm. The cashier did walk past me to do trash while i was waiting to buy a frosty and his co-worker had to call him back. They were nice and food was fresh. I will drive down Spring Cypress for the service, fresh food and ability to sit inside!
