Placed order in advance, waited in line half an hour for them to say I still have to pay. It was an app order, I paid in the app. I showed them the app where it said PAID. Refused to serve me because I wouldn't pay twice.

The food was fresh, hot, and prepared with relative care for a fast food restaurant.

The gave me multiple ranch dips which is nice, most Wendy's try to charge you for extra.

They also gave me plenty of the hot chili seasoning sauce which every Wendy's is known to be stingy with.

Overall, a great visit.

I just pulled up about 12:35a . The hours say open til 1a but no one is responding to drive thru. I can see 3 employees inside, 2 with headphones on so if they are closed and restocking why not just take off the headset? Hours need to be changed on Google or they actually need to stay open until they’re supposed to.

Went to drive thru asked for a second to figure out what we wanted. Guy didn't mute himself and was talking to someone. We kept on trying to say we were ready got nothing. Sat waiting. We pulled around and went to go inside the door was locked. Didn't see any employees at all. 9 pm on a Friday. Never have had an issue with the Wendy's until now.
