Wetzel's Pretzels

My wife and I walked up here. The girls were all on their phones. My wife said hello. One quietly replied then went back to her phone. They couldn't be bothered by serving us. We walked away because they obviously didn't want to get paid.

The food was good but i dont know about the people making the food. Although the girl who served me the girl with red hair was very polite and well mannered it seemed a little like she was like the only person who was doing her job correctly. The guy who im going to assume is the manager, he seems very unprofessional. Everytime i go to wetzels i look over to where they make the food and hes like goofing off never really helping his employees and sometimes ive overheard him yelling in a very rude tone to his employees. Bad attitude overall and most definitely unprofessional and not to metion he seemed touchy. I came to wetzels today and he literally picked up one of the girls workers by the arm. Its so bad i have to put the review on here and yelp. Someone needs to tell the owner about the managers actions.

This place is utterly disrespectful and disgusting. The food is consistently hard, and the employees lack any sense of decorum. I asked for a lemonade, and the manager informed me that it wasn’t working AFTER I had already paid. Then, he refused to give me a refund, claiming it was "my fault." The male employees do absolutely nothing; I always see the girls working while the guys just sit around on their phones. One of the guys reeked of body odor, and honestly, if you can't maintain basic hygiene, you shouldn't be working here. definitely will not be coming back.

Not trying to be a Karen but don’t have things in the menu that you’re not going to sale . I wanted a cheese pretzel and she tried to sale me a regular pretzel with cheese sauce ....... totally not the same . And then she said it would take 15-20 minutes . I know it doesn’t take that long to make one pretzel , at least deerbrook location is more professional and has their stuff together, it only takes them 7 minutes . Seems they just wanted to be lazy and complicated to me .

Everything was burnt and the cashier was rude.

Worst customer service ever. First time trying wetzel’s pretzel and it definitely will be the last one. Both cashiers were extremely rude, they both were laughing and making jokes on the way how we talk, this could be even considered as a racist manifestation. Very upset, disappointed and I was wondering how this kind of behavior are still part of our society. Totally unacceptable.
